Apricot Chicken Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 c of preserved apricots
1/2 c of halved dry apricots
1 Tbsp of soysauce plus 1 tsp
2 garlic cloves; minced
4 fresh skinless, boneless chicken-breasts
1//4 tsp of ground pepper (black)
1/4 tsp of salt
Instructions:
Have oven preheated to 425 degrees F. Combine preserved apricots, dry apricots, garlic & soysauce in bowl, mixing well. You add the chicken & evenly coat. Dust w/ pepper & salt.
Put chicken-breast in shallow roast pan then have it roasted for half an hour or ’til done. You baste it many times while cooking. Have it transferred into heated platter then pour the pan drippings over.
