Marbled Mini Cheesecakes Recipe

Ingredients:

12 vanilla-flavored wafers
1/3 c of sugar
2 large eggs
2 packs of softened creamcheese
2 teaspoons of vanilla
1/2 c of melted choco chips

Instructions:

Have oven preheated to three hundred twenty-five degrees Fahrenheit. Place a wafer in every lined muffin cups. Mix sugar, vanilla & creamcheese on mid-speed ’til well-blended.

You add the eggs then mix. Drizzle chocolate over cheesecake then swirl w/ knife to create a marbled-effect.

You spoon 3/4 of filling over the wafers. Have them baked for about 20-25 mins ’til set.

Corn Meal Waffles Recipe

Ingredients:

1 c of cornmeal (yellow)
2 Tbsps of sugar
1/2 tsp of salt
2 lightly-beaten eggs
1 c of flour
4 tsps of baking-powder
1 & 3/4 c of milk
1/3 c of melted butter

Instructions:

You combine the salt, baking-powder, sugar, flour, & cornmeal in large-sized bowl. Separately beat using your mixer butter, eggs & milk. You add this mixture into dry mixture then blend well.

You pour the batter into heated & greased waffle-iron then bake ’til crisp & browned. Best when served w/ jam, syrup of butter.

Barbecue Beef Cups Recipe

Ingredients:

3/4 lb of lean beef (ground)
1/2 c of bbq sauce
12 oz of refrigerated biscuit-based dough (Grands)
1 Tbsp of dried onion minced
1/3 c of shredded cheese (Cheddar)

Instructions:

Have oven preheated to three hundred fifty degrees Fahrenheit. Grease muffin cups.

Cook meat in skillet placed over mid-heat ’til browned evenly. Drain extra fat. Add the onion & bbq sauce. Allow to simmer over low-heat.

You flatten every biscuit then press it into muffin cups. Spoon meat-mixture into every dough. Have biscuits baked for about 12 mins then sprinkle w/ cheese. Continue baking for additional 3 mins.

Lemon 7-Up Bundt Cake Recipe

Ingredients:

1 pack of lemon cake-mix
3/4 c of veggie oil
1 c of 7-up
1 pack of instant lemon-flavored pudding-mix
4 large eggs

Instructions:

Have oven preheated to three hundred fifty degrees Fahrenheit. Grease & flour one 10″ bundt bake pan. You combine the pudding & cake-mix then add 7-up, oil & eggs, beat ’til blended well.

You pour batter into pan then bake for 35-40 mins ’til cake test is completed. Cool for 10 mins before you invert it into serving plate.

Santa Fe Veggie Quesadillas Recipe

Ingredients:

1 pc of tortilla (tortilla, 12-inch)
3/4 c of shredded cheeses (Cheddar/Monterey Jack, blend)
1/2 c of bell pepper (red); diced
1/2 c of canned beans (black); drained
1 pc of onion (green); chopped
1/2 c of canned corn (whole kernel); drained

Instructions:

Slightly oil a skillet then place above gentle heat then place tortilla. Heat it for a minute then flip. Spread cheese evenly and place red pepper, corn, onion, and beans on top.

Once cheese melts completely, slide into a board and cut to wedges. Serve at once.

Caesar Salad Recipe


Caesar Salad Recipe

Ingredients:

2 small anchovies
1 large eggyolk
1 teaspoon of mustard (Dijon)
Kosher salt
Ground pepper (black)
1 teaspoon of Worcestershire-sauce
Juice from 1/2 lemon
1/3-1/2 c of oil (olive)
1-2 Romaine hearts; chopped
1/2 c of coarsely-grated Romano cheese
1/2 c of prepared croutons

Instructions:

Have oven heated to three hundred fifty degrees Fahrenheit. You spread the croutons over pan then toss in oven while preparing dressing.

Arrange 2 forks in criss-cross manner then mash garlic & anchovies together ’til paste like i consistency. Add yolk, juice, pepper, salt, Dijon & Worcestershire. Gradually add oil in, whisk vigorously.

You pour 1/2-1/3 dressing into bowl & then back. Add the warmed croutons, Romano & lettuce into mixing-bowl. Toss & add more dressing as desired. Serve at once.

Ingredients:

8 oz of softened creamcheese
1/4 c of milk
1 tsp of Worcestershire-sauce
1/2 c of Miracle-whip
1/2 c of sliced onions (green)

Instructions:

Combine Miracle-whip & creamcheese, blending well ’til mixed thoroughly. You add the rest of the ingredients, stir well then chill for hours. Best when serve w/ potato-chips or veggies.

Ingredients:

1/2 c of peanut-butter
1/4 c of cocoa
2 c of sugar
3 c of Rice-Krispies
1/2 c of sweetened milk
1/4 c of margarine
1 teaspoon of vanilla

Instructions:

Heat together vanilla, butter & milk then add the sugar & cocoa. Stir ’til dissolved then boil for 2 mins. You remove mixture from the heat then add the peanut-butter, stirring to blend.

Add krispies then stir to evenly coat. You drop spoonfuls of mixture into waxpaper then cool completely.

Ingredients:

4-5 peeled potatoes (medium); cubed
An envelope of ranch-style dressing-mix
2 c of milk
1/3 c of chopped onions

Instructions:

Slightly cook potatoes using your microwave. Have a large-sized skillet greased then place in mid-heat.

Cook the potatoes & onions ’til browned. Add the rest of the ingredients then simmer ’til mixture starts to thicken.

Ingredients:

4 turkey-bacon slices
2 flour-based tortillas (7-inch)
1 eggwhite (large)
2 Tbsps of shredded sharp cheese (Cheddar)
1 Tbsp of chopped chilies (green)

Instructions:

Have meat cooked in stick-free skillet placed over mid-heat for 8-10 mins ’til browned lightly. Place two turkey-bacon slices in every tortilla then sprinkle w/ cheese.

You combine chilies & eggwhite then add into heated skillet. Sir while cooking for 2 mins ’til set. You divide the egg-mixture between the tortillas. You fold them over the filling then top w/ salsa.

Tangy Maple Saucy Pork Recipe

Ingredients:

2 quarts of water
8 ounces of packed noodles (dried)
8 ounces of baby carrots; peeled
4 pcs of onions (green); cut into 1-inch pieces
12 ounces of tenderloin (pork); cut diagonally to 12 slices
1/2 teaspoon of pepper (coarse)
1 Tablespoon of oil

For the Sauce:
8 ounces of juice (apple)
2 teaspoons of mustard
3 Tablespoons of syrup (maple)
1 Tablespoon of vinegar (red wine or cider)

Instructions:

Pour the water on the (Dutch) oven; let it boil then add carrots along with the noodles. Cook them for five mins, uncovered, then add onions; cook them for another 2 mins. Sprinkle pepper on the tenderloin pieces.

Heat the oil on a skillet above medium-high heat then cook the pork for four mins per side; take them out then place onto a warm plate, keep them warm.

Add mustard and juice on the used skillet then scrape the browned bits in the pan; mix thoroughly and let it boil slowly for two mins, uncovered.

Add vinegar and syrup; stir thoroughly and let it boil for another min. Drain the noodles then place onto plated and arrange the pork pieces on top. Spoon over the sauce.

Ingredients:

3 c of diced chicken; cooked
1 c of carrots; sliced
2 c of celery; diced
1/2 c of silvered almonds; toasted
A can of cream-of-chicken soup
1/4 c of onions; diced
1/2 c of mayonnaise
1/2 c of sourcream
2 Tbsps juice of lemon
1 tsp of celery-salt
2 pie pastry (9-inhc); unbaked
1 & 1/2 c of shredded cheese (Cheddar); divided

Instructions:

Have everything combined except the pie pastry & 1 c cheese. You spoon mixture into crusts then bake them at three hundred fifty degrees Fahrenheit for half an hour ’til crusts brown.

You sprinkle reserved cheese all over then continue baking for 10 more mins. Allow to cool for 10-15 mins prior to slicing into serving-size wedges.

Ingredients:

2 c of cooked white rice
3 skinless & boneless chicken-breasts
1 teaspoon of sugar (brown)
1/2 c of plum-sauce
2 c of chopped broccoli
3 eggwhites
3 Tbsps of sweet-and-sour sauce
6 flour-tortillas

Instructions:

Prepare and cook the rice.

Cook the broccoli pcs in microwave ’til done. Have skillet greased then grill the chicken ’til done. You add the eggwhites then scramble onto chicken-mixture.

You add the marinade & sugar into the chicken. Scoop plum-sauce, chicken-broccoli mixture & rice onto tortilla then roll it up & serve at once.

Ingredients:

1-2 cans of French beans (green)
3 Tbsps of milk
A can of French fried onions
A can of cream-of-mushrooms soup
Pepper (red)
Cheese (Parmesan)

Instructions:

Place beans in greased dish. Combine the milk & soup then pour mixture over the beans. You sprinkle w/ pepper & cheese.

Bake it at three hundred fifty degrees Fahrenheit for about 20 mins. Five mins before cooking gets done, you sprinkle the onions all over then cook ’til heated through.

Ingredients:

1 c of sour cream (dairy)
1 c of pineapple (chunk or fruit cocktail); drained well
1 c of marshmallows (miniature)
1 c of canned orange sections (mandarin); drained well
1 c of coconut; grated
Lettuce (for presentation)

Instructions:

Combine sour cream, pineapples, marshmallow, oranges, and coconut; mix thoroughly and place inside the refrigerator till chilled thoroughly. Arrange a bed of lettuce on a serving plate and spoon over the salad. Serve cold.

Shrimp Alfredo Pasta Recipe

Ingredients:

12 oz of fettuccine (refrigerated)
1 tsp of oil (olive oil)
1/2 c of bell pepper (red); seeded then chopped
2 pcs of garlic cloves; peeled then minced
8.3 oz of evaporated milk (canned)
1 c of grated cheese (Parmesan)
1/2 c of peas (frozen); thawed
8 oz of shrimp (medium); shelled, deveined, then cooked
2 Tbsps of parsley (fresh); chopped

Instructions:

Cook the pasta as stated in its package instructions. Drain then set on the side. Heat the oil on a non-stick skillet above moderately high heat then cook garlic and red pepper for half a min till slightly softened.

Add onto the pasta together with cheese and milk; cook above moderately high heat for 3-4 mins, while stirring occasionally, till heated through and slightly thick.

Add the peas and shrimp; stir them gently till heated through. Take out from the heat and let it stand till thick, about 2-3 mins. Garnish with Parmesan and parsley, if preferred. Season salt & pepper.

Ingredients:

1/4 c of butter
1 c of seeded bellpepper (green); chopped
2 garlic cloves; chopped
1 c of chopped onions
1/2 c of celery; sliced
1 lb of crayfish-tail meat
1/2 c of chicken stock
A can of condensed cream-of-celery soup
1/4 c of chopped parsley
1/2 tsp of hot-pepper sauce
1 tsp of salt
3 c of cooked rice (long-grain)
1/8 tsp of pepper

Instructions:

Have butter melted in large skillet placed over mid-heat. Add the garlic, celery, bellpepper & onions once heated. Saute them for 4 mins til crisp & tender.

Add pepper, hot-pepper sauce, salt, parsley, stock, soup & crayfish, stirring well. Boil then reduce the heat. Simmer about 10-15 mins. Best when served w/ rice.

BBQ Meatballs Recipe

Ingredients:

1 pound hamburger
1/4 c of milk
1 c onion; minced
1 large egg
1/4 c of breadcrumbs
1/4 teaspoon of pepper
1 teaspoon of salt
2 Tbsps of oil
1/2 c of sugar (brown)
8 ounces of tomato-sauce
2 Tbsps of vinegar
1 teaspoon of salt (seasoned)

Instructions:

Combine meat, onion, egg, milk, crumbs, salt & pepper. Blend well then form into twelve meatballs.

Cook in large skillet ’til evenly browned, remove extra oil. Add sugar, salt, vinegar & tomato-sauce then pour this mixture into meatballs.

Let it simmer for 10 to 15 mins over low-heat, turn frequently ’til meatballs have been glazed all over.

Best when served w/ noodles or rice.

Oven Beef Stew in a Bag Recipe

Ingredients:

2 Tbsps of flour
1 pc oven roasting-bag
1 c of thinly-sliced carrots
1/4 tsp of ground pepper (black)
1 & 1/2 c of cooked white-grain rice
1 pack of dried onion-soup mix
1 oz of tomatoes (stewed); drained
1/2 c of water
1 lb of flank steak; sliced into thin strips

Instructions:

Have oven preheated to three hundred twenty-five degrees Fahrenheit. You combine the soup-mix & flour inside oven roast bag then shake well & mix.

You add the pepper, water, carrots & tomatoes, shake again then add the beef. You turn the bag & have meat coated w/ sauce. Seal bag then put in 13×9x2″ bake dish.

Create 6 slits above bag for steam to escape then bake for 45 mins ’til tender. Best when served w/ heated rice.

Ingredients:

6 oz of tuna (canned); drained well
1 pkg of Macaroni and Cheese (Kraft)
4 oz of peas (canned); drained well
Butter
Milk

Instructions:

Cook the Macaroni and Cheese according to its package instructions. Add tuna and peas. Heat the mixture thoroughly. Serve at once with (garlic) bread.

1 c of ketchup
1/4 c juice of lemon
1 tsp of mustard
2 Tbsps of margarine

1/8 tsp of hot-pepper sauce

Instructions:

Combine & cook hot-pepper sauce, mustard, Worcestershire, juice of lemon & onions in saucepan. Boil the reduce the heat & simmer w/o cover for about 15-20 mins.

Ingredients:

Flour
4 to 5 boneless beef-chuck roast
A can of French onion-flavored soup
A can of cream-of-mushroom soup

Instructions:

Trim excess beef fat then slice it into smaller pieces than place in crockpot. Pour over soups but don’t stir. Cook, covered over low-heat for 8-10 hrs.

Have the mat removed from the crockpot then pour liquid into small-sized saucepan. Boil then add flour to thicken. Have the meat served w/ gravy & mashed-potatoes.

1-2-3 Vegetarian Chili Recipe

Ingredients:

28 oz of tomatoes (canned, undrained)
16 oz of salsa (Thick ‘N Chunky)
15 oz of can beans (black); rinsed and drained well
10 oz of frozen corn (whole kernel)
1 c of zucchini slices; halved
1 tsp of chili powder
8 oz of shredded cheese (mild Cheddar)

Instructions:

Combine tomatoes, beans, salsa, corn, powdered chili, and zucchini inside a saucepan. Let it boil above moderately high heat. Once boiling, lower down the heat into low; let it simmer for 10 mins.

Sprinkle two tablespoons of cheese into the base of individual bowls and place chili on top. Sprinkle additional two tablespoons of cheese on top.

1-1/4 c of shrimp (or lobster, or crab); cooked
2/3 c of peas (cooked)

Warm the soup and add cooked shrimp and cooked peas; stir gently. Add little sherry on the soup. Serve hot above rice or on toasted bread.
