Beef and Vegetables Recipe
Ingredients:
1 Tbsp of oil (olive)
1 Tbsp of water
16 ounces of frozen veggies
1 teaspoon of cornstarch
1 c of sauce for stir-frying
2 c of cooked beef (roast); sliced into cubes
Cooked egg-based noodles
Instructions:
Have oil heated in thick skillet. You add 1 Tablespoon of water & veggies. Stir then cover. Have it cooked over mid-heat about 3 mins.
Add cornstarch & stir-fry sauce. Add this mixture into skillet then stir well. You add the meat & stir. Have it covered then cook dish over low-heat for about 5-8 mins, stir occasionally ’til veggies become crisp & tender.
Best when served w/ noodles or rice.
