Beef Stew in a Hurry Recipe
Ingredients:
A can of carrots; sliced
8 ounces of canned potatoes (whole)
8 ounces of canned cut beans (green)
1/4 c of flour (all-purpose)
3 c of cut-up beef; cooked
An envelope of dried onion-soup mix
Instructions:
Have veggies drained then reserve the liquid. You combine the soup-mix & flour in skillet then add the water into reserved veggies liquid enough to have three cups. Add onto skillet.
Have it heated ’til boiling, stir often. Boil & stir for a minute then add beef & veggies. Cook w/ cover over low-heat for 10 mins ’til thoroughly heated.
