Blackened Snapper with Lime Oil Recipe
Ingredients:
6 ounces of fillet-cut snapper
1/4 c of spice-mix (Cajun)
Juice from a lime
2 Tbsps of melted butter
1/2 c of mayonnaise
1/2 tsp of garlic-salt
Instructions:
Have fish brushed w/ butter. You coat them w/ Cajun mix. Have oil heated in skillet placed over mid-heat. Once heated well, add the fish then cook ’til done and browned on both sides.
Combine garlic-salt, juice & mayonnaise then serve this mixture as fish dip.
