Ingredients:
4 turkey-bacon slices
2 flour-based tortillas (7-inch)
1 eggwhite (large)
2 Tbsps of shredded sharp cheese (Cheddar)
1 Tbsp of chopped chilies (green)
Instructions:
Have meat cooked in stick-free skillet placed over mid-heat for 8-10 mins ’til browned lightly. Place two turkey-bacon slices in every tortilla then sprinkle w/ cheese.
You combine chilies & eggwhite then add into heated skillet. Sir while cooking for 2 mins ’til set. You divide the egg-mixture between the tortillas. You fold them over the filling then top w/ salsa.
