Brunswick Stew Recipe
Ingredients:
1 whole chicken
A can of condensed tomato-soup
4 c of ice water
A can of tomatoes (small)
1 medium onion; thinly sliced
3 large potatoes; thinly sliced
A can of green beans (lima)
1 Tbsp of sugar
Pepper
A can of whole-kernel corn
A butter stick
Salt
Instructions:
Have the chicken stewed then debone & slice into 1-inch pieces. You return meat into kettle then add seasonings, beans, tomatoes, and soup.
Cook ’til veggies become tender. You add butter & corn then cook it for 5 mins. Thicken w/ mixture of ice water & flour as desired.
