Caesar Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
2 small anchovies
1 large eggyolk
1 teaspoon of mustard (Dijon)
Kosher salt
Ground pepper (black)
1 teaspoon of Worcestershire-sauce
Juice from 1/2 lemon
1/3-1/2 c of oil (olive)
1-2 Romaine hearts; chopped
1/2 c of coarsely-grated Romano cheese
1/2 c of prepared croutons
Instructions:
Have oven heated to three hundred fifty degrees Fahrenheit. You spread the croutons over pan then toss in oven while preparing dressing.
Arrange 2 forks in criss-cross manner then mash garlic & anchovies together ’til paste like i consistency. Add yolk, juice, pepper, salt, Dijon & Worcestershire. Gradually add oil in, whisk vigorously.
You pour 1/2-1/3 dressing into bowl & then back. Add the warmed croutons, Romano & lettuce into mixing-bowl. Toss & add more dressing as desired. Serve at once.
