Orange Burgundy Chicken Recipe
Ingredients:
3 pounds of cut-cup chicken
1/2 teaspoon of seasoned-salt
2 Tbsps of melted butter
1/8 teaspoon of pepper
1 Tbsp of cornstarch
3 Tbsps of sugar (brown)
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/3 c of orange-flavored juice
1/8 teaspoon of ginger (ground)
1 teaspoon juice of lemon
1/3 c of marmalade (orange)

Instructions:
You cook chicken w/ butter ’til browned. Season w/ pepper & salt. You add rest of the ingredients excluding sliced of orange & Burgundy.

Easy Garlic Chicken Recipe
Ingredients:
3 Tbsps of butter
2 tsps of garlic seasoning
1 tsp of powdered onion
4 boneless & skinless halved chicken-breasts
1 tsp of salt seasoning
Instructions:
Have butter melted in large-sized skillet placed over mid-high heat. You add the chicken then sprinkle w/ seasonings. You saute the meat for 10-15 mins on every side ’til chicken’s done & juices would run out clear.

Salsa Swiss Steak Recipe
Ingredients:
1 Tablespoon of oil (vegetable oil)
1-1/2 pounds of beef steak (top round, boneless); fat-trimmed and cut to 5 serving pieces
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of pepper (black)
2 pcs of onions (medium); sliced
10 ounces of canned condensed soup (cream of mushroom)
8 ounces of salsa (thick and chunky)
Instructions:
Heat the vegetable oil on a skillet above moderate heat. Sprinkle salt & pepper on steak; cook for 5 mins till browned on all sides. Transfer on a 4 to 6 quart (slow) cooker and top them with slices of onions.
Combine salsa with soup on the used skillet with the drippings; stir thoroughly. Pour above the onions. Cook, covered, for 8 to 10 hrs at “low” setting.

Mexican Flank Steak Recipe
Ingredients:
2 pounds of beef-flank steak
15 ounces of drained whole baby-corn on cob
6 tomatillos
1 onion (red); chopped
1/4 teaspoon of pepper
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/4 c of dry wine (red)
1/4 c of chopped cilantro
Instructions:
Trim off excess meat fat. You remove the stem & husk of tomatillos. You place the onion & corn in bottom-part of 3-qt cooker then top it w/ tomatillos & steak.
Sprinkle w/ cilantro, pepper & salt then pour over wine. You cover the crockpot then cook dish on low-heat for about 6-7 hrs ’til meat becomes tender.
You remove the steak then slice it crosswise against the grain onto strips. Best when served w/ veggies & sauce w/ steak.

Blue Ribbon Chili Recipe
Ingredients:
2 lbs of beef (ground)
1 tsp of ground pepper (black)
2 & 1/2 c of tomato-sauce
4 Tbsps of chili-seasonin mix
15 oz of dark-red beans (kidney)
1/2 chopped onion
1/2 tsp of garlic-slat
8 oz of salsa
15 oz of light-red beans (kidney)
Instructions:
Cook onions & beef in skillet placed over mid-heat. Saute about 10 mins ’til meat browns & onion becomes tender. You drain excess fat.
Add seasoning, salsa, tomato-sauce, garlic-salt & pepper then blend in beans. Combine well then reduce the heat into low. Simmer about 60 mins.

Ingredients:
3/4 lb of lean beef (ground)
1/2 c of bbq sauce
12 oz of refrigerated biscuit-based dough (Grands)
1 Tbsp of dried onion minced
1/3 c of shredded cheese (Cheddar)
Instructions:
Have oven preheated to three hundred fifty degrees Fahrenheit. Grease muffin cups.
Cook meat in skillet placed over mid-heat ’til browned evenly. Drain extra fat. Add the onion & bbq sauce. Allow to simmer over low-heat.
You flatten every biscuit then press it into muffin cups. Spoon meat-mixture into every dough. Have biscuits baked for about 12 mins then sprinkle w/ cheese. Continue baking for additional 3 mins.

Easiest Crock Pot Beef Roast Recipe
Ingredients:
Flour
4 to 5 boneless beef-chuck roast
A can of French onion-flavored soup
A can of cream-of-mushroom soup
Instructions:
Trim excess beef fat then slice it into smaller pieces than place in crockpot. Pour over soups but don’t stir. Cook, covered over low-heat for 8-10 hrs.
Have the mat removed from the crockpot then pour liquid into small-sized saucepan. Boil then add flour to thicken. Have the meat served w/ gravy & mashed-potatoes.
