Easy Enchiladas Recipe
Ingredients:
12 tortillas (corn)
1 pound of beef (ground)
1 pack of enchilada-sauce mix
1/2 c of chopped onions (fresh)
1/4 c of chopped olives
2 c of shredded cheese (Cheddar)
Instructions:
Have oven preheated to three hundred fifty degrees Fahrenheit. Follow package directions in preparing enchilada mix then cook accordingly in saucepan.
Cook the onions & beef in large frying pan ’til browned then drain of excess oil. Add 1/2 of prepared enchilada into meat-mixture.
Have every tortilla dipped into enchilada-sauce then spoon 2 Tbsps of meat-mixture & 1 Tbsp of cheese into tortillas. You roll them onto thirds then arrange w/ seam-side-down in 9×13″ bake dish.
Pour reserved sauce all over your tortillas then sprinkle w/ cheese & olives. Have dish covered w/ foil then bake about 20 mins ’til thoroughly heated & cheese melts.

Apple Cobbler Recipe
Ingredients:
1 box of yellow-cake mix
2 Tbsps of sugar (granulated)
6 peeled tart-apples (medium); sliced
1 tsp of cinnamon
Instructions:
Have oven preheated in three hundred fifty degrees Fahrenheit. Mix sliced apples, cinnamon &sugar. You sprinkle one-forth of cake-mix over, tossing ’til apples becomes coated completely.
You transfer mixture into buttered 8″ square bake dish then have it baked for half an hour. You place rest of cake-mix in another bowl.
Then drizzle w/ 1/2 c of butter that was melted. Toss ’til large-sized crumbs form. Have this mixture sprinkle into apple-mixture. Have dish baked for about 20 mins ’til top is yellow & puffed.

Spicy Green Beans Recipe
Ingredients:
Beans (green); rinsed then broken ends off
Oil (olive oil)
Coarse salt (Kosher)
Pepper (black, coarsely ground)
Crushed pepper (red)
Instructions;
Heat pan above moderate heat then add oil. Toss beans inside and stir frequently for 2 mins till beans begin searing and small spots are starting to show. Add salt, pepper, and crushed pepper; stir once and serve.

Carrot Raisin Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
3 c of carrots; grated
1 Tbsp of honey
1/4 c of milk
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1 c of raisins; seedless
6 Tbsp of mayonnaise
1 teaspoon juice from lemon
Instructions:
Combine raisins & carrots, tossing lightly. You combine rest of the ingredients separately then pour this into carrot-raisin mixture. Carefully & thoroughly stir. Chill well prior to serving.

Lousiana Dippin’ Shrimp Recipe
Ingredients:
1 lb of unpeeled shrimps; remove heads
1/2 c of zesty Italian-style dressing
2 tsps of ground pepper (black)
1/2 c of butter
1 Tbsp juice of lemon
1/8 tsp of garlic seasoning
Instructions:
Have oven preheated to three hundred degrees Fahrenheit. You wash the shrimps then drain.
Have butter melted in casserole-dish then add the garlic seasoning, pepper, juice & dressing. Toss shrimps in then gently stir to have shrimps covered w/ mixture.
Bake w/ cover, stir often for 25-30 mins ’til shrimps turn pink. You serve shrimps on heated platter then pass sauce around together w/ shrimps.

Crescent Twist Appetizers Recipe
Ingredients:
A can of crescent dinner-rolls
2 Tbsps of shredded cheese (Cheddar)
1 Tbsp of butter; melted
Garlic-salt
Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
Have oven preheated into 375 degrees F. Have the dough separated into four rectangles. Seal perforations by pressing.
You brush 2 of formed rectangles w/ softened butter then sprinkle w/ Parmesan & Cheddar then sprinkle w/ garlic-salt.
Have the other rectangles placed above the seasoned dough. Have each rectangle cut crosswise then into 10 half-inch strips. You twist every strip 5-6 times.
Arrange twists on flat bake sheet then press the ends onto sheet. Have them baked for about 10 to 12 mins ’til golden-brown.

Blackened Snapper with Lime Oil Recipe
Ingredients:
6 ounces of fillet-cut snapper
1/4 c of spice-mix (Cajun)
Juice from a lime
2 Tbsps of melted butter
1/2 c of mayonnaise
1/2 tsp of garlic-salt
Instructions:
Have fish brushed w/ butter. You coat them w/ Cajun mix. Have oil heated in skillet placed over mid-heat. Once heated well, add the fish then cook ’til done and browned on both sides.
Combine garlic-salt, juice & mayonnaise then serve this mixture as fish dip.

Roasted Garlic Potatoes Recipe
Ingredients;
1/2 c of (olive oil)
1/4 c of melted butter
4 pcs of potatoes (medium); scrubbed clean then peeled
3 pcs of garlic cloves; sliced thinly
1/2 tsp of salt
1/2 tsp of thyme (dried)
1/4 tsp of ground pepper (black)
Instructions:
Preheat the oven at 400 degrees F. Combine the melted butter with oil inside a bowl; set on the side.
Slice the potatoes to 1/4 inch thick rounds; arrange on a (shallow) baking dish, in one layer. Brush them with butter/oil mixture and pour over the remaining.
Combine salt, pepper, garlic, and thyme; mix thoroughly and sprinkle over the potatoes evenly. Bake inside preheated oven foe half an hour. Serve at once.

Ranch Ham Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
3 c of pasta (small shell)
2 c of frozen peas (baby)
2 c of ham (cooked); diced
2 c of diced cheese (Cojack)
1-1/4 c of salad dressing (creamy ranch)
Instructions:
Cook the pasta as stated in its package instructions. Place the frozen peas on the colander then drain the pasta above the frozen peas, letting them thaw there. Drain thoroughly.
Combine ham, cheese, and dressing; blend thoroughly. Toss with pasta along with peas till coated well. Place inside the refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours till chilled. Serve.

Easy Mexican Calzones Recipe
Ingredients:
15 ounces of pie pastry (refrigerated); kept at room-temp
4 ounces of diced chiles (green)
1 pack of Taco-seasoning mix
1 lb of beef (ground)
1/4 c of water
1 c of shredded cheese (Cheddar); divided
Instructions:
Have oven preheated to four hundred twenty-five degrees Fahrenheit. Cook the beef in skillet ’til browned then add the seasoning-mix, water & chiles, blend well. You place the unwrapped crusts in slicing board then unfold.
Slice every crust into half then create 4 halved circles. You scoop 1/2 c meat filling on every circle then top w/ 1/4 c cheese. You dampen every crust w/ water.
Have sides folded over the filling then crimp the edges w/ fork tines. Arrange them on bake sheet then bake them for about 10-15 mins ’til golden-brown. Allow to cool slightly on bake sheet about 5 mins.
Garnish w/ sliced onion, tomatoes that are diced, sourcream, lettuce or salsa.

Baked Potato Topper Recipe
Ingredients:
16 oz of sourcream
2 c of shredded cheese (Cheddar)
3 oz of crumbled bacon
A bunch of onions (green); chopped

Crispy Eggplant Recipe
Ingredients:
1 large eggplant
3 Tbsps of flour (all-purpose)
1 beaten egg
2 c of bread crumbs sprinkled w/ Italian seasoning
8 oz of sourcream
Instructions:
Have oven preheated to three hundred twenty-five degrees Fahrenheit. Grease one flat bake sheet. You wash the eggplant thoroughly then slice it into 1/4-1/2″ slices.
Combine the sourcream & egg in mixing bowl ’til blended well. Toss these slices of eggplant w/ flour & evenly coat.
You dip eggplant pieces individually into prepared batter and coat them w/ seasoned crumbs.
Arrange them into prepared bake sheet then spray top w/ edible spray. Have them baked for about 15 mins then you turn over & cook the opposite side for 15-20 mins ’til evenly browned & crisp.

Barbecue Beef Cups Recipe
Ingredients:
3/4 lb of lean beef (ground)
1/2 c of bbq sauce
12 oz of refrigerated biscuit-based dough (Grands)
1 Tbsp of dried onion minced
1/3 c of shredded cheese (Cheddar)
Instructions:
Have oven preheated to three hundred fifty degrees Fahrenheit. Grease muffin cups.
Cook meat in skillet placed over mid-heat ’til browned evenly. Drain extra fat. Add the onion & bbq sauce. Allow to simmer over low-heat.
You flatten every biscuit then press it into muffin cups. Spoon meat-mixture into every dough. Have biscuits baked for about 12 mins then sprinkle w/ cheese. Continue baking for additional 3 mins.
