Quick Cornbread Recipe
Ingredients:
1 c of flour; sifted
1 Tbsp of baking powder (Calumet)
1 c of milk (whole)
1/4 c of oil (vegetable oil)
1 pc of egg
1 c of cornmeal
Instructions:
Combine cornmeal, flour, Calumet, oil, egg, and milk; mix thoroughly. Pour onto a well-greased 8-inch baking pan. Bake (450 degrees F) for twenty-five mins.

Parmesan Cheese Bread Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 c of butter
1/3-1/2 c of fresh grated cheese (Parmesan)
1 French-bread loaf
3 Tbsps of sourcream
1 Tbsp of sesame seeds
Instructions:
Combine all of the ingredients then spread it on bread halves that were sliced lengthwise. You broil them ’til cheese will melt & it starts to golden. Diagonally slice bread 2-inch wide then serve at once.

Cheeseburger Pizza Recipe
Ingredients:
Onion
A can of refrigerated rounded crust
1 c of shredded cheese (Cheddar)
1/2 pound of beef (ground)
1 c of spaghetti-sauce
Instructions:
Have oven preheated into 425 degrees F. Grease a 12-inch rounded pan. You unroll the dough then fir into pan; pressing it out from the center then to its sides.
Have pan baked for 7 to 9 mins ’til light golden-brown. Cook beef & onion then drain off excess fat. You spread the sauce into crust then top w/ cheese & meat. Bake for another 12 to 18 mins ’til bubbly.

Quick Cheese Bread Recipe
Ingredients:
2 large eggs
1 & 1/3 c of biscuit bake mix
3/4 c of water
1 & 1/2 c of grated cheese (Cheddar)
1 Tbsp of chopped parsley
2 tsps of dried mustard
1 Tbsp of butter
Instructions:
Beat the eggs & add water. You add the biscuit bake mix, stir ’til smooth. Combine the parsley, mustard & cheese then add into previous mixture.
You spoon batter onto greased 8-inch pan then sprinkle w/ grated cheese then dot w/ butter. Have it baked for about 35 mins at three hundred fifty degrees Fahrenheit.

Pina Colada Muffins Recipe
Ingredients:
1 box of yellow-cake mix
1 tsp of extract 9rum)
1 c of chopped nuts
1 tsp of extract (coconut)
1 c of coconut flakes
8 oz of undrained pineapples; crushed
Instructions:
Follow the instructions in package while preparing cake-mix. You add the rest of the ingredients, blend for a minute. Have you muffin cups greased then scoop mixture ’til 3/4-full.
Have muffins baked for 15-20 mins at three hundred fifty degrees Fahrenheit.

Corner Bakery French Toast Recipe
Ingredients:
14 thick slices of day old cinnamon-raisin bakery bread
1 & 1/2 c of half-and-half
1/2 c of sugar
1/2 tsps of cinnamon (ground)
3 lightly-beaten eggs
1 c of whipped cream
1/2 tsp of extract (vanilla)
Warmed maple-flavored syrup
Instructions:
Preheat the oven into 375 degrees F.
Grease one 8″ square bake pan then line its bottom w/ 3 bread slices, cut to nicely fit then top w/ 3 additional slices. Place eight slices right across the top on two rows, but in shingle manner. Firmly press into pan.
combine cinnamon, half-and-half, vanilla, sugar & cream in bowl then you pour this over the bread. Have pan covered w/ foil then bake it for 40 mins.
You remove the foil then continue baking for 10 more mins. Remove then stand for 10 mins prior to serving. Serve w/ maple-flavored syrup.

Corn Meal Waffles Recipe
Ingredients:
1 c of cornmeal (yellow)
2 Tbsps of sugar
1/2 tsp of salt
2 lightly-beaten eggs
1 c of flour
4 tsps of baking-powder
1 & 3/4 c of milk
1/3 c of melted butter
Instructions:
You combine the salt, baking-powder, sugar, flour, & cornmeal in large-sized bowl. Separately beat using your mixer butter, eggs & milk. You add this mixture into dry mixture then blend well.
You pour the batter into heated & greased waffle-iron then bake ’til crisp & browned. Best when served w/ jam, syrup of butter.
