Breakfast Monkey Bread Recipe
Ingredients:
4 small cans of layered-style biscuits
1 & 1/4 c of sugar
2 cake pans (8-9 inch)
5 teaspoons of cinnamon
1 & 1/2 margarine sticks
Instructions:
Have oven preheated twenty-five degrees lower than directions stated in can of biscuit. Have the margarine melted in bowl. Separately combine cinnamon & sugar. Have the biscuits separated then slice each in quarters.
You roll them in sugar-cinnamon mixture. You put one-half of dough in every pan then divide remaining sugar-mixture between the pans. You pour one-half melted fat over.
Have it baked ’til layers separate & evenly browned.

Popover Pizza for Kids Recipe
Ingredients;
15 ounces of tomato-sauce
1 tsp of crushed oregano
1/2 tsp of salt
1 c of flour plus 2 Tbsps
12 oz of sliced cheese (Mozzarella)
1 c of milk (2%PRCTG%)
1 Tbsp of veggie oil
2 large eggs
1/4 c of grated cheese (Parmesan)
1/2 lb of lean beef (ground)
1/2 lb of bulk-pork sausage
Instructions:
Have oven preheated at four hundred twenty-five degrees Fahrenheit.
Combine beef & sausage then cook, stir ’til crumbly & browned. You drain off excess fat then add the tomato-sauce. Add 1/2 salt, oregano & 2 Tbsps flour, Boil then stir while cooking about 60 mins.
You pour the meat-mixture into 13×9″ ungreased bake pan then cover w/ Mozzarella. Beat remaining flour, salt, oil, eggs & milk then pour this mixture over cheese & meat.
Sprinkle w/ Parmesan then bake for 25-30 mins ’til cheese melts & pizza is fluffy. Serve at once.

Southern French Toast Recipe
Ingredients:
2 pcs of eggs (large)
1/4 c of cream (whipping)
2 Tbsps of honey (pure)
1/4 tsp of cinnamon (ground)
1/4 tsp of salt
1/2 tsp of vanilla
8 pcs of bread slices(1/2-inch thick, white)
3 Tbsps of butter
Grated rinds from 1/2 pc of orange
For the Garnish:
Blueberries (fresh)
Strawberries (fresh)
Pancake syrup (any desired)
Confectioner’s sugar
Cream (whipped)
Instructions;
Beat eggs, honey, cream, cinnamon, salt, vanilla, and rinds inside a dish. Set on the side. Melt butter on a skillet above moderate heat then dip slice of bread onto the mixture of egg, make sure to coat all sides. Cook on skillet for 2 to 4 mins per side till golden.
Transfer on warm platter. Cook the remaining bread. Garnish as desired.

Mexican Beef Tortilla Bake Recipe
Ingredients:
Flaked onion
1 cream-of-mushroom soup can
2 lbs of beef (ground)
A can of mild tomatoes (Rotel)
1 teaspoon of cumin seeds
A dash of garlic seasoning
1 teaspoon of chili seasoning
4 ounces of melted cheese (processed)
4 flour-tortillas
1/4 c of sourcream
Tortilla-chips
2 c o grated cheese (Cheddar)
Instructions:
Have oven preheated to three hundred fifty degrees Fahrenheit. You cook the onions & beef together ’til meat is browned.
Combine rest of the ingredients excluding cheese, tortillas & chips. Grease one 13×9″ bake dish. You slice the tortillas onto 2″ strips then arrange in single layer at dish’s bottom.
Have the chips layered in bake dish w/ chicken-mixture, arrange another layer of tortilla-strips above. Cover w/ grated cheese then bake for 20 mins ’til cheese melts.

Mexican Beef Pizza Recipe
Ingredients:
2 lbs of beef (ground)
1 & 1/2 c of thick-n-chunky salsa
1 c of grated cheese (Monterey-Jack)
1 pack of taco-seasoning
A can of pizza pastry (refrigerated)
1 c of grated cheese (Velveeta)
Instructions:
Have oven preheated to four hundred twenty-five degrees Fahrenheit. You unroll the dough then fit on the pizza pan. You press dough ’til crust becomes thin.
You bake the crust about 8 mins ’til it starts to brown. You cook the meat til browned then add the seasoning mix. You spread the salsa all over crust then top w/ meat & cheeses.
Bake again for 7-12 mins more ’til edges become golden-brown & cheese melts.

Cheese and Corn Quesadillas Recipe
Ingredients:
4 flour based tortillas
1 & 1/2 c of shredded cheese (Monterey-Jack)
A can of corn (15 oz); liquid removed
2 med tomatoes (Roma); seeds removed then diced
Instructions:
Have oven preheated to 350 degrees F. Grease 2 bake sheets then place the tortillas on top. Sprinkle every tortilla w/ tomatoes, cheese & corn.
Have them baked for about 4 mins ’til cheese melts & your tortilla becomes pliable. Then fold them into half, flip them over & bake them for 5 mins more. Slice every quesadilla evenly into quarters.

Quick and Easy Goulash Recipe
Ingredients:
12 oz of egg-noodles
26 oz of spaghetti-sauce
1 chopped onion
1 lb of lean beef (ground)
A can of whole-kernel corn
1 c of shredded cheese (Cheddar)
Instructions:
Cook egg-noodles in pot filled w/ salted boiling water for 8-10 mins ’til al-dente then drain well. You cook beef in skillet placed over mid-heat ’til browned then drain off excess fat.
Add the cheese, onions, corn & spaghetti-sauce, cook ’til heated through. Pour sauce into noodles then serve.

Peaches N’ Cream Breakfast Cake Recipe
Ingredients:
29 oz of canned halved peaches w/ thick syrup
1/4 c of preserved peaches
9 oz of yellow-cake mix
1 large egg
8 oz of softened creamcheese
2 Tbsps of butter
2 Tbsps of veggie oil
1 tsp of ginger
Instructions:
Have oven preheated to three hundred fifty degrees Fahrenheit. Have the peaches drained then reserve 1/2 c syrup. You place the peaches into 13×9″ pan.
You beat the butter, preserves & creamcheese together in mixer bowl. You pour this mixture over the peaches. Combine ginger, egg, reserved peach liquid & cake-mix then pour this over the peaches.
Have cake baked for 35-40 mins or ’til cake test is completed.

Breakfast Burritos Recipe
Ingredients:
4 turkey-bacon slices
2 flour-based tortillas (7-inch)
1 eggwhite (large)
2 Tbsps of shredded sharp cheese (Cheddar)
1 Tbsp of chopped chilies (green)
Instructions:
Have meat cooked in stick-free skillet placed over mid-heat for 8-10 mins ’til browned lightly. Place two turkey-bacon slices in every tortilla then sprinkle w/ cheese.
You combine chilies & eggwhite then add into heated skillet. Sir while cooking for 2 mins ’til set. You divide the egg-mixture between the tortillas. You fold them over the filling then top w/ salsa.
