6 c of bite-size cuts of spinach; dried after washing
1/4 c of celery; diced
1 onion (small); sliced
3 sliced eggs (hard-boiled)

Thick and Hearty Potato Soup Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 c of margarine
1/4 c of onion; chopped
1/4 c of flour
10 oz of evaporated milk (3 cans)

6 pcs of bacon strips (cooked); crumbled

Instructions:
Melt the margarine inside a pot then cook the onion till browned. Add flour and stir thoroughly to form the paste; continue cooking for 1-2 mins.
Add one can of milk and whisk thoroughly till smooth then add in the remaining milk. Add bacon, potato cubes, and mashed potato; cover mixture with enough amount of milk.
Season salt & pepper then cook till potatoes become tender; stir occasionally to prevent scorching. Ladle onto bowls and top each with cheese.

Beef and Vegetable Stir Fry Recipe
Ingredients:
1 cube of bouillon (beef)
3 Tbsps of low-salt soysauce
1/4 c of heated water
2 Tbsps of dry wine (white)

1 lb of lean-beef sirloin steaks; sliced into 2″ strips
1/4 tsp of ginger (ground)
1/4 tsp of ground pepper (black)
1/4 Tbsp of oil
2 garlic cloves; chopped finely

16 ounces of mixed veggies (frozen)
4 c of cooked rice (brown)
1/2 c of sliced onion (green, 1-inch each)
Instructions:
Have bouillon dissolved in one-forth cup of water. Add pepper, ginger, cornstarch, wine & soysauce.
Have veggie oil heated in stick-free skillet placed over mid-heat. Add garlic & beef. Stir while cooking for 3-4 mins ’til beef loses its pink color. Remove meat from the skillet.
Have 2 Tbsps water heated in that skillet. You add the veggies & cook, stir occasionally about 3-5 mins ’til veggies become tender. You return meat then add the bouillon-mix & onions.
Stir while cooking for 2-3 mins or ’til sauce thickens. Serve on top of rice.

Ingredients:
A can of refried beans
1 pound of beef (ground)
A pack of taco-seasoning
A can of tomatoes; diced
8 oz of shredded 4-cheese Mexican style cheese

Instructions:
Cook the beef ’til browned then drain off excess fat. Prepare seasoning according to package directions. Combine seasoning & tomatoes then add onto meat.
Simmer mixture for 2-3 mins. Add onion & garlic. You cover bottom-part of 12×9″ greased casserole w/ beans. Arrange a layer of meat mixture on top of beans.

Ingredients:
4 large carrots; sliced into inch-sized pcs
2 onions (medium); cut-up
2 c of ham; cubed
8 ounces of processed cheese-spread
1 & 1/2 c of peeled potatoes; diced

A can of undiluted cream-of-mushroom soup

Ingredients:
1 pound of beef (ground)
2 ounces of breadcrumbs (dry)
2 Tablespoons of onion; chopped finely

4 Tablespoons of sugar (refined)
2 Tablespoons of cornstarch

Ingredients:
15.25 oz of canned beans (kidney); rinsed and drained
15.5 oz of canned beans (Great Northern); rinsed and drained

Instructions:
Combine pepper (red), extract, juice, soysauce, honey & water in bowl then set it aside. Have the slices of pineapples cut into half then saute them in skillet placed over mid-heat ’til almost browned then set them aside.
You rub the meat w/ garlic then dredge them w/ flour ’til well coated. Saute meat on same skillet ’til browned on both sides. Set them aside.
Pour the honey mixture into used pan then return meat into pan then simmer them together for 12 to 15 mins over low-heat, turning chicken carefully as necessary. Best when serve it over Caribbean-rice. Garnish w/ crushed pepper & cilantro if you please.
Caribbea-rice: Have oil heated over high-heat. You saute the ginger quickly for 2 mins, stir frequently. You add the extract, Tabasco, salt, bayleaf, coconut-milk & water then boil.
Adjust to low-heat then cook w/ cover for 20 mins ’til tender & liquid has been absorbed. Have pan removed from direct heat then sprinkle w/ scallions & cilantro. Discard bayleaf prior to serving.

Ingredients:
2 small anchovies
1 large eggyolk
1 teaspoon of mustard (Dijon)
Kosher salt

Easiest Crock Pot Beef Roast Recipe
Ingredients:
Flour
4 to 5 boneless beef-chuck roast
A can of French onion-flavored soup
A can of cream-of-mushroom soup
Instructions:
Trim excess beef fat then slice it into smaller pieces than place in crockpot. Pour over soups but don’t stir. Cook, covered over low-heat for 8-10 hrs.
Have the mat removed from the crockpot then pour liquid into small-sized saucepan. Boil then add flour to thicken. Have the meat served w/ gravy & mashed-potatoes.
