Mango Puree Recipe
Ingredients:
3 Tbsps of sugar
2 peeled mangoes (ripe); pitted then sliced into pcs
Juice from half lemon
Instructions:
Place everything in processor then puree ’til smoothened. Can be stored in your fridge for a maximum of three days.

Sloppy Joes Recipe
Ingredients:
4 ounces of catsup
2 Tablespoons of sugar (brown)
1 teaspoon of Worcestershire
1 Tablespoon of vinegar
Instructions:
Combine catsup, sugar, Worcestershire, and vinegar; mix thoroughly. Pour onto 1 pound browned hamburger in the skillet. Let it simmer, at about 15 mins. Serve hot on burger buns.

Alfredo Sauce Recipe
Ingredients:
1/4 c of butter
1 crushed garlic clove
1 c of thick cream
1/8 c of parsley (fresh); chopped
1 & 1/2 c of fresh grated cheese (Parmesan)
Instructions:
Have butter melted in saucepan placed over mid-heat. You add the cream & simmer about 5 mins, add cheese & garlic then whisk.

Cheesy Ham and Veggie Bake Recipe
Ingredients:
1 pack of cauliflower, carrot & broccoli mixture
1/2 c of sourcream
2 c of rice; cooked
1 Tbsp of melted butter
A can of Cheddar-cheese soup
2 c of ham; chopped
1/2 c of soft breadcrumbs
Instructions:
Have oven preheated into 350 degrees F. Follow package instructions in cooking vegetables, drain well.
You combine the sourcream & soup then add the rice, ham & broccoli. You spoon mixture into 1 & 1/2-qt bake dish.
Separately combine butter & crumbs in bowl then sprinkle all over the casserole. Have dish baked for 30-35 mins ’til heated through.

Irish Cream Bars Recipe
Ingredients:
1 box of yellow-cake mix
2/3 c of Bailey’s Irish-style cream plus 1/4 c
3 large eggs
1/3 c of oil
A can of creamcheese frosting
1 pack of white choco chips
Instructions:
Have oven preheated to three hundred fifty degrees Fahrenheit. Prepare one 15×10x1″ jelly-roll pan.
You mix the cake-mix w/ oil, cream & eggs then reserve 1/2 c of batter to be used for swirling. You pour the rest of the batter onto greased pan.
Blend 1/4 c of cream, choco chips & creamcheese frosting. Swirl them all together then you drop heaping spoonfuls over batter. You swirl w/ fork in order to create a marble-effect.
Have cake baked for 25-30 mins then cool before cutting into serving-size squares.

Blueberry Dump Cake Recipe
Ingredients:
1 box of yellow-cake mix
1/2 c of sugar (granulated)
1 tsp of cinnamon (ground)
4 c of blueberries
1/2 c of melted butter
Instructions:
Have oven preheated to three hundred fifty degrees Fahrenheit.
Combine cinnamon, sugar & berries then transfer into bottom part of 9×13″ bake pan. Have berry layer covered w/ cake-mix. You pour melted butter all over but never stir.
Have it baked for half an hour or ’til golden-browned. Best when served w/ icecream.

Quick Saucepan Brownies Recipe
Ingredients:
1 c of chocolate chips (semisweet)
2 c of baking mix (biscuit)
1/4 c of margarine
14 oz of condensed milk (sweetened)
1 pc of egg (large)
1 c of chopped walnuts
Instructions:
Preheat the oven (350 degrees F). Melt the margarine and chips inside the saucepan above gentle heat; stir occasionally. Take out from heat then add biscuit (baking) mix, egg, walnuts, and (condensed) milk; stir thoroughly.
Pour onto greased & floured 13×9 inch pan. Place inside preheated oven and bake it for twenty mins.

Quick South Western Dip Recipe
Ingredients:
1 lb of Velveeta cheese; cubed
1/2 c of picante sauce (Pace)
1/4 c of milk
Instructions:
Combine cheese, milk, and picante inside a saucepan. Heat mixture above gentle heat, while stirring constantly till smooth. Use as a dip for chips (corn, tortilla, or potato).
