Sloppy Joes Recipe
Ingredients:
4 ounces of catsup
2 Tablespoons of sugar (brown)
1 teaspoon of Worcestershire
1 Tablespoon of vinegar
Instructions:
Combine catsup, sugar, Worcestershire, and vinegar; mix thoroughly. Pour onto 1 pound browned hamburger in the skillet. Let it simmer, at about 15 mins. Serve hot on burger buns.

Irish Cream Bars Recipe
Ingredients:
1 box of yellow-cake mix
2/3 c of Bailey’s Irish-style cream plus 1/4 c
3 large eggs
1/3 c of oil
A can of creamcheese frosting
1 pack of white choco chips
Instructions:
Have oven preheated to three hundred fifty degrees Fahrenheit. Prepare one 15×10x1″ jelly-roll pan.
You mix the cake-mix w/ oil, cream & eggs then reserve 1/2 c of batter to be used for swirling. You pour the rest of the batter onto greased pan.
Blend 1/4 c of cream, choco chips & creamcheese frosting. Swirl them all together then you drop heaping spoonfuls over batter. You swirl w/ fork in order to create a marble-effect.
Have cake baked for 25-30 mins then cool before cutting into serving-size squares.

Blueberry Dump Cake Recipe
Ingredients:
1 box of yellow-cake mix
1/2 c of sugar (granulated)
1 tsp of cinnamon (ground)
4 c of blueberries
1/2 c of melted butter
Instructions:
Have oven preheated to three hundred fifty degrees Fahrenheit.
Combine cinnamon, sugar & berries then transfer into bottom part of 9×13″ bake pan. Have berry layer covered w/ cake-mix. You pour melted butter all over but never stir.
Have it baked for half an hour or ’til golden-browned. Best when served w/ icecream.

Cheeseburger Crescent Recipes
Ingredients:
1 lb of hamburger
1 can of crescent-rolls (large)
Cheese (preferably Velveeta)
Instructions:
Cook meat in skillet ’til browned. Add seasonings as desired. Drain off excess fat. Roll the rolls out then flatten. Spoon cheese & meat into every roll then have the ends & sides folded over cheese & meat.
Bake them following package instructions.

Chili and Cornmeal Crusted Chicken Recipe
Ingredients:
1 & 1/2 lbs of fresh skinless & boneless chicken-breasts
2 Tbsps of chili seasoning
1/4 c of cornmeal
1 tsp of cumin
2 beaten eggs
1/8 tsp of ground pepper (black)
1/8 tsp of salt
2 Tbsps of oil (vegetable)
Instructions:
Have the chicken pounded in between two pieces waxpaper ’til one-forth inch thick then set them aside.
Combine the pepper, salt, cumin, chili seasoning & cornmeal. Have the chicken dipped into eggs then onto mixture of cornmeal.
Have oil heated in large, stick-free skillet placed over mid-heat then cook the chicken for 10 mins ’til browned evenly ’til golden.

Chicken Melon Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
1 c of low-fat mayonnaise
4 skinless & boneless chicken-breasts
1 cantaloupe (ripe); sliced into 1-inch pcs
1/3 c of orange-flavored juice
2 c of pasta (Gemelli)
Instructions:
Combine juice & mayonnaise then mix well. Have it refrigerated while you prepare the salad.
Have meat baked at three hundred seventy-five degrees Fahrenheit for 20 to 30 mins ’til cooked thoroughly. Cool then slice chicken onto 1-inch pcs then add into dressing.
Follow package instructions in cooking pasta then drain & briefly rinse w/ warmed water, drain well. Add pasta into juice-mayonnaise mixture.
Stir the cantaloupe gently into salad then chill for 1 to 3 hrs ’til cold.

Bourbon Glazed Salmon Recipe
Ingredients:
1/4 c of fat-free low salt chicken stock
3 Tbsps of tomato-paste
Salt
Pepper (black)
1/4 c of bourbon
3 Tbsps oh honey
3/4 pound of filler-cut salmon
Instructions:
Combine honey, paste, bourbon & stock in medium-sized skillet placed over mid-heat. Simmer then add your salmon fillets.
Keep at low-simmer then cook fillets for about 3 mins.Turn & cook for additional 3 mins til sauce turns into glaze.
