Taco Cornbread Pizza Recipe
Ingredients:
8.5 oz of muffin mix (corn)
1 lb of beef (ground)
1.25 oz of seasoning mix (taco)
8 oz of shredded cheese (Cheddar)
Instructions:
Prepare the muffin according to its package instructions. Spread the batter onto a greased (12-inch) pizza pie pan. Place inside the oven and bake (400 degrees F) for 8-10 mins or till slightly browned.
Cook the meat till browned; drain off the fat. Add three-fourth cup of water and seasoning; prepare according to its package instructions.
Sprinkle a cup of cheese onto the pre-baked crust then top it with mixture of meat; sprinkle over remaining shredded cheese.
Place inside the oven and bake for 4-5 mins till cheese melts. Garnish with (shredded) lettuce leaves, chopped tomatoes, milk salsa, (sour) cream, and guacamole.

Grilled Asparagus Recipe
Ingredients:
20 asparagus spears (fresh)
1 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of garlic seasoning
1/2 c of oil (olive)
1 teaspoon of pepper
1/4 teaspoon of onion seasoning
Instructions:
Cut an inch from asparagus ends, wash then place them in a large freezer-bag, add oil, onion & garlic seasoning, pepper & salt. Zip bag then shake in order to evenly coat asparagus.
Refrigerated for at least 15 mins then remove it from the refrigerator 30 mins prior to cooking. Keep at room-temp. Grill them for 5-8 mins once ready.

Quick Skillet Gumbo Recipe
Ingredients:
12 oz of luncheon meat (canned); cut into strips
3 tsps of oil (vegetable oil)
1 pc of onion (large); chopped
10 oz of okra (frozen cut)
16 oz of tomatoes (canned); broken
1 c of broth (chicken)
1/8 tsp of pepper (black)
1/2 tsp of salt
1 pc of bay leaf
Instructions:
Cook the meat with oil on a skillet above moderate heat till browned. Add the onion and cook till soft and translucent. Add tomatoes, okra, seasonings, and broth; let it boil, covered.
Lower down the heat and let it simmer, uncovered, for 10 mins or till okra has softened and the liquid becomes slightly thick. Discard the (bay) leaf.

Red Beans, Rice, and Sausage Recipe
Ingredients:
16 ounces of sausage (pork)
4 ounces of rice (uncooked)
1 can of beans (red)
1 teaspoon of salsa
1/8 teaspoon of garlic (powder)
Tortillas (flour)
Instructions:
Prepare the rice as stated in its package instructions. Cook the sausage till browned. Heat salsa, beans, and powdered garlic. Heat the tortillas till soft.
Spoon the rice, beans, and sausage onto the warmed tortillas. Roll them up. Serve at once.

Ingredients:
6 oz of tuna (canned); drained well
1 pc of tomato (small); chopped
2 Tbsps of trimmed onions (green); chopped

Easy Corn Dogs Recipe
Ingredients:
4 corn bread biscuits (refrigerated)
4 hotdogs
Instructions:
Have oven preheated to four hundred degrees Fahrenheit. Have each hotdog wrapped w/ biscuit then pinch the edges to tightly seal. You bake them for 10 mins ”til golden-brown.

Harvest Yams Recipe
Ingredients:
3 yams (large); cut lengthwise into quarters
1 tsp of nutmeg (ground)
1/2 c of sliced butter
3/4 c of maple-flavored syrup
1 & 1/2 tsps of cinnamon (ground)
Instructions:
Have oven preheated to three hundred twenty-five degrees Fahrenheit. Arrange yams w/ skin-side-down in 12×9″ bake dish. You pour the syrup all over yams then sprinkle w/ cinnamon & nutmeg.
Dot w/ butter then cover w/ foil. Have it baked for about 25 mins then serve w/ slices of ham, heated rolls or buttered beans.

Vegetable Salsa Soup Recipe
Ingredients:
11 c of broth (chicken)
16 oz of salsa (medium)
2 c of carrot; chopped
2 c of chopped celery
1 c of frozen vegetables (mixed)
Instructions:
Combine broth, celery, carrots, frozen vegetables, salsa, and broth inside a large pot above medium-high heat. let it simmer for twenty mins or till vegetables soften.

Taco Bake Recipe
Ingredients:
454 g of ground meat (beef or turkey)
3 oz of seasoning mix (taco)
1 c of canned beans (refried)
1 c of salsa
1 c of shredded cheese (Monterey Jack)
Instructions:
Preheat the oven at 350 degrees F. Cook the meat on a skillet till browned; drain fat off. Add the seasoning mix and mix thoroughly.
Spoon mixture onto small baking glass dish and top it with beans, in one layer then salsa in one layer, and lastly the cheese in one layer. Bake inside preheated oven for 20 to 25 mins.

Santa Fe Veggie Quesadillas Recipe
Ingredients:
1 pc of tortilla (tortilla, 12-inch)
3/4 c of shredded cheeses (Cheddar/Monterey Jack, blend)
1/2 c of bell pepper (red); diced
1/2 c of canned beans (black); drained
1 pc of onion (green); chopped
1/2 c of canned corn (whole kernel); drained
Instructions:
Slightly oil a skillet then place above gentle heat then place tortilla. Heat it for a minute then flip. Spread cheese evenly and place red pepper, corn, onion, and beans on top.
Once cheese melts completely, slide into a board and cut to wedges. Serve at once.

1-2-3 Vegetarian Chili Recipe
Ingredients:
28 oz of tomatoes (canned, undrained)
16 oz of salsa (Thick ‘N Chunky)
15 oz of can beans (black); rinsed and drained well
10 oz of frozen corn (whole kernel)
1 c of zucchini slices; halved
1 tsp of chili powder
8 oz of shredded cheese (mild Cheddar)
Instructions:
Combine tomatoes, beans, salsa, corn, powdered chili, and zucchini inside a saucepan. Let it boil above moderately high heat. Once boiling, lower down the heat into low; let it simmer for 10 mins.
Sprinkle two tablespoons of cheese into the base of individual bowls and place chili on top. Sprinkle additional two tablespoons of cheese on top.
