Easy Mac and Cheese Recipe
Ingredients:
8 oz of elbow-macaroni
5 Tbsps of flour (all-purpose)
5 Tbsps of butter
1 qt of warmed milk
Pepper
Salt
A pinch of cayenne-pepper
8 oz of cubed cheese (Cheddar)
1/4 lb of ham; cubed
7 oz pf cubed cheese (Monterey-Jack)
Paprika
Instructions:
Preheat the oven into three hundred fifty degrees Fahrenheit. You grease one 13×9″ bake dish.
Cook pasta for 8-10 mins in a pot filled w/ salted boiling water ’til al-dente then drain well. Have the butter melted in saucepan then add flour gradually to create roux. Let it cook about 1-2 mins, stir often then add warmed milk gradually.
Boil white-sauce then you reduce the heat & let mixture simmer. Add cayenne, pepper, & salt. Stir often ’til thickened. You remove the pan from direct heat then add ham & cheese.
You combine the pasta w/ sauce then toss to coat well then pour onto bake dish. Bake for 45-60 mins ’til top turns crisp. Cool for 20 mins before you serve.

Beef Tips & Noodles Recipe
Ingredients:
A pack of beef-tips
A can of cream-of-mushroom soup
An envelop of beefy-onion soup dry mix
A can of beef-consume’
A cup of sourcream
A cup of water
Pepper
A pack of egg-based noodles
Instructions:
Combine soup-mix, water, sourcream & soup in mixing bowl. Place the meat in crockpot then pour the soup-mix over. Have it cooked over high-heat for 3 to 4 hours ’til meat becomes tender.
Cook noodles following package instructions, drain. Serve the meat on top of noodles.

Quick Salmon Carbonara Recipe
Ingredients:
12 oz of pasta (spaghetti)
1/4 c of butter (or margarine)
1/2 c of half-and-half
2 pcs of beaten eggs
1/4 c of parsley (fresh); chopped

1/2 c of grated cheese (Parmesan)
14.75 oz of salmon (canned); drained then flaked
Instructions:
Cook the pasta as stated in its package instructions. Drain well.
Heat the butter inside a saucepan above moderate heat. Add half-and-half then whisk thoroughly till heated through, don’t boil.
Add small amount of hot mixture onto egg; stir thoroughly and add onto the saucepan. Let it heat for a while then stir gently.
Add pepper and parsley; mix them well. Take out from the heat then add grated cheese; stir thoroughly. Toss gently the cooked pasta, salmon, and sauce till coated evenly. Serve at once.

Skillet Spaghetti Recipe
Ingredients:
28 oz of spaghetti sauce (jarred)
1-1/2 c of water
16 oz of frozen meatballs (fully cooked)
500 g of pasta (spaghetti); halved
1 c of grated cheese (Parmesan)
Instructions:
Combine water with (spaghetti) sauce inside a skillet; stir thoroughly. Let it boil then add spaghetti and meatballs; stir thoroughly and constantly.
Cover then reduce the heat; let it simmer, at about 20 to 25 mins, while stirring occasionally.
Add enough amount of water when mixture is getting dry. Continue cooking till spaghetti becomes ‘al dente’. Serve hot with grated cheese.

Ingredients:
2 c of noodles (Penne)
10 ounces of pesto
16 ounces of frozen onion & bellpepper mixture
Instructions:

Ingredients:
9 oz of refrigerated tortellini (three cheese); prepared as stated to its package instructions, drained
1 Tbsps of oil (vegetable oil)

2 Tbsps of water
1/8 tsp of crushed pepper (red)

Ingredients:
1 lb of dry pasta (ziti)
1 lb of lean beef (ground)
1 chopped onion
26 oz of spaghetti-sauce
1 & 1/2 c of sour cream

6 oz of shredded cheese (Mozzarella)
2 Tbsps of grated cheese (Parmesan)
Instructions:

Ingredients:
9 sheets of lasagna
28 ounces of spaghetti-sauce
1 pound of beef (ground)
16 ounces of crud cottage-cheese
1 c of grated cheese (Parmesan)

Instructions:

Ingredients:
1/2 lb of beans (green); cut to 1 inch pieces and cooked

2 c of frozen peas (baby)

Instructions:

Ingredients:
12 oz of fettuccine (refrigerated)
1 tsp of oil (olive oil)
1/2 c of bell pepper (red); seeded then chopped

Add the peas and shrimp; stir them gently till heated through. Take out from the heat and let it stand till thick, about 2-3 mins. Garnish with Parmesan and parsley, if preferred. Season salt & pepper.
