Cheesy Potato and Egg Fritatta Recipe
Ingredients:
2 Tbsps if veggie oil
6 beaten eggs
1 peeled potato (large); sliced into 1/4-inch thick
1/2 c of shredded cheese (Cheddar)
Pepper
Salt
Instructions:
Have oil heated in skillet placed over mid-heat. Spread the slices of potato across pan then cook, turn once ’til evenly golden. Remove them from your pan & drain.
Put them back into pan then adjust to high-heat. You pour eggs in then season w/ pepper & salt. Adjust to low-heat have pan covered w/ plate. You flip it for fritatta to transfer into plate. Cook the other side.
Cover & cook for 2 more mins. Drain once done then serve.

Alfredo Sauce Recipe
Ingredients:
1/4 c of butter
1 crushed garlic clove
1 c of thick cream
1/8 c of parsley (fresh); chopped
1 & 1/2 c of fresh grated cheese (Parmesan)
Instructions:
Have butter melted in saucepan placed over mid-heat. You add the cream & simmer about 5 mins, add cheese & garlic then whisk.

Quick South Western Dip Recipe
Ingredients:
1 lb of Velveeta cheese; cubed
1/2 c of picante sauce (Pace)
1/4 c of milk
Instructions:
Combine cheese, milk, and picante inside a saucepan. Heat mixture above gentle heat, while stirring constantly till smooth. Use as a dip for chips (corn, tortilla, or potato).

Lemon Roasted Potatoes Recipe
Ingredients:
2 Tbsps juice from lemon
1/2 tsp of thyme
Pepper
4 tsps of veggie oil
1/2 tsp of garlic-salt
6 small-sized potatoes (red); quartered
Instructions:
Mix pepper, garlic-salt, thyme, oil & juice in bowl then you add the potatoes. You toss potatoes to evenly coat. Transfer into greased bake dish then bake w/o cover at 450 degrees F for about 40 mins ’til tender.

Potato Crusted White Fish Recipe
Ingredients:
4 fresh white-fish fillets (boneless)
1 c of oil
A teaspoon of pepper
A teaspoon of garlic seasoning
4 peeled potatoes (medium); shredded
A teaspoon of salt
A teaspoon of onion seasoning
Instructions:
Have oil heated in skillet. Wrap fish w/ shredded potatoes ’til entirely covered. Sprinkle w/ garlic & onion seasoning, pepper & salt over prepared fish.
Cook them in fry pan for 2-3 mins in every side ’til golden-brown. Transfer fish into plates lined w/ paper-towels & drain excess fat off. Best when served w/ steamed veggies.

Garlic Mashed Potatoes Recipe
Ingredients:
2 lbs of peeled potatoes; sliced into chunks
1/4 c of whipped cream
1/2 tsp of salt
8 peeled garlic coves; smashed
2 Tbsps of softened butter
1/4 tsp of ground pepper (black)
Instructions:
Add garlic & potatoes in large-sized saucepan then cover w/ 2″ water. Boil then simmer for 15-20 mins ’til tender. Drain thoroughly then return into pan.
You add the pepper, salt, butter & milk. Use your potato-masher to mash the potatoes ’til creamy.

Cream Ranch Skillet Potatoes Recipe
Ingredients:
4-5 peeled potatoes (medium); cubed
An envelope of ranch-style dressing-mix
2 c of milk
1/3 c of chopped onions
1/3 c of sourcream
1 tsp of parsley
Instructions:
Slightly cook potatoes using your microwave. Have a large-sized skillet greased then place in mid-heat.
Cook the potatoes & onions ’til browned. Add the rest of the ingredients then simmer ’til mixture starts to thicken.
