Easy Mac and Cheese Recipe
Ingredients:
8 oz of elbow-macaroni
5 Tbsps of flour (all-purpose)
5 Tbsps of butter
1 qt of warmed milk
Pepper
Salt
A pinch of cayenne-pepper
8 oz of cubed cheese (Cheddar)
1/4 lb of ham; cubed
7 oz pf cubed cheese (Monterey-Jack)
Paprika
Instructions:
Preheat the oven into three hundred fifty degrees Fahrenheit. You grease one 13×9″ bake dish.
Cook pasta for 8-10 mins in a pot filled w/ salted boiling water ’til al-dente then drain well. Have the butter melted in saucepan then add flour gradually to create roux. Let it cook about 1-2 mins, stir often then add warmed milk gradually.
Boil white-sauce then you reduce the heat & let mixture simmer. Add cayenne, pepper, & salt. Stir often ’til thickened. You remove the pan from direct heat then add ham & cheese.
You combine the pasta w/ sauce then toss to coat well then pour onto bake dish. Bake for 45-60 mins ’til top turns crisp. Cool for 20 mins before you serve.

Creamy Chicken and Noodles Recipe
Ingredients:
16 oz of wide egg-based noodles
2 cans of condensed cream-of-mushroom soup
2 cans of chicken chunks; drained
1/2 tsp of ground pepper (black)
1/2 tsp of garlic-salt
Instructions:
Boil a pot filled w/ lightly-salted water. Add the pasta & cook it for 8-10 mins ’til al-dente then drain. You put pasta back into pot w/ pepper, garlic-salt, soup & chicken. Cook over mid-heat for 5 mins ’til thoroughly heated.

Creamy Spinach Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
6 c of bite-size cuts of spinach; dried after washing
1/4 c of celery; diced
1 onion (small); sliced
3 sliced eggs (hard-boiled)
Fresh ground pepper (black)
1 garlic clove; minced
1/2 c of yogurt (unflavored0
1 teaspoon of chives; minced
1 teaspoon of parsley; minced
1 Tablespoon of grated cheese (Parmesan)
1/4 teaspoon of Worcestershire-sauce
4 tsps juice of lemon
Instructions:
Combine eggs, celery, onion & spinach in large-sized bowl. Have mixture refrigerated ’til serving time.
You separately combine the rest of the ingredients then season as desired. Chill then drizzle mixture over the spinach then lightly toss.

Cheesy Potato and Egg Fritatta Recipe
Ingredients:
2 Tbsps if veggie oil
6 beaten eggs
1 peeled potato (large); sliced into 1/4-inch thick
1/2 c of shredded cheese (Cheddar)
Pepper
Salt
Instructions:
Have oil heated in skillet placed over mid-heat. Spread the slices of potato across pan then cook, turn once ’til evenly golden. Remove them from your pan & drain.
Put them back into pan then adjust to high-heat. You pour eggs in then season w/ pepper & salt. Adjust to low-heat have pan covered w/ plate. You flip it for fritatta to transfer into plate. Cook the other side.
Cover & cook for 2 more mins. Drain once done then serve.

Reuben Casserole Recipe
Ingredients:
1 pc of apple (Granny Smith); peeled then chopped
6 oz of corned beef; cubed to 1/2 inch
14 oz of sauerkraut (canned); rinsed then drained
1 pkg of refrigerated potatoes (mashed)
2 c of shredded cheese (Havarti with caraway)
Instructions:
Preheat the oven (350 degrees F). Cook the apples inside the microwave at high setting for 1 to 3 mins till tender; drain. Combine it with sauerkraut and cubed beef inside a bowl; mix thoroughly.
Spread one-half of potatoes on greased 8-inch baking glass dish then sprinkle over half cup of shredded cheese.
Spread the mixture of beef above and spread the rest of potatoes above. Sprinkle over the rest of cheese.
Place inside preheated oven for 20 to 25 mins or till casserole has heated through and the cheese melts.

Beef Tips & Noodles Recipe
Ingredients:
A pack of beef-tips
A can of cream-of-mushroom soup
An envelop of beefy-onion soup dry mix
A can of beef-consume’
A cup of sourcream
A cup of water
Pepper
A pack of egg-based noodles
Instructions:
Combine soup-mix, water, sourcream & soup in mixing bowl. Place the meat in crockpot then pour the soup-mix over. Have it cooked over high-heat for 3 to 4 hours ’til meat becomes tender.
Cook noodles following package instructions, drain. Serve the meat on top of noodles.

Thick and Hearty Potato Soup Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 c of margarine
1/4 c of onion; chopped
1/4 c of flour
10 oz of evaporated milk (3 cans)
5 pcs of potatoes (medium); peeled then cut to cubes
1 pc of potato (baked inside the microwave till soft); peeled and mashed
6 pcs of bacon strips (cooked); crumbled
1 to 2 c of milk (whole)
Salt & Pepper
Grated cheese (Cheddar)
Instructions:
Melt the margarine inside a pot then cook the onion till browned. Add flour and stir thoroughly to form the paste; continue cooking for 1-2 mins.
Add one can of milk and whisk thoroughly till smooth then add in the remaining milk. Add bacon, potato cubes, and mashed potato; cover mixture with enough amount of milk.
Season salt & pepper then cook till potatoes become tender; stir occasionally to prevent scorching. Ladle onto bowls and top each with cheese.

Quick Salmon Carbonara Recipe
Ingredients:
12 oz of pasta (spaghetti)
1/4 c of butter (or margarine)
1/2 c of half-and-half
2 pcs of beaten eggs
1/4 c of parsley (fresh); chopped
1/4 tsp of ground pepper (black)
1/2 c of grated cheese (Parmesan)
14.75 oz of salmon (canned); drained then flaked
Instructions:
Cook the pasta as stated in its package instructions. Drain well.
Heat the butter inside a saucepan above moderate heat. Add half-and-half then whisk thoroughly till heated through, don’t boil.
Add small amount of hot mixture onto egg; stir thoroughly and add onto the saucepan. Let it heat for a while then stir gently.
Add pepper and parsley; mix them well. Take out from the heat then add grated cheese; stir thoroughly. Toss gently the cooked pasta, salmon, and sauce till coated evenly. Serve at once.
