Quick Stir Fry Recipe
Ingredients:
6 pieces of pork chop (fat trimmed); cut to strips
1 package of stir-fry vegetables (frozen, large)
1 package of teriyaki mix (dry)
Instructions:
Cook the strips of meat in a skillet till browned. Sprinkle over some teriyaki then add vegetables; stir thoroughly and add then remaining teriyaki. Continue cooking for twenty mins. Serve hot over cooked rice.

Chicken Fried Rice Recipe
Ingredients:
2 tsps of oil (peanut)
1/4 c of celery; sliced
1/2 c of chopped onions (green)
1/4 c of chopped red bellpepper; seeded
1/2 tsp of grated ginger root
1 garlic clove; crushed
1/4 tsp of crushed flaked pepper (red)
3 c of cooked rice (long-grain)
6 Tbsps of egg substitute
2 c of diced chicken; cooked
1 tsp of sugar
2 Tbsps of lite soysauce
Instructions:
Have oil heated over mid-heat in large, stick-free skillet. Add the flaked peppers, ginger, garlic, bellpepper, celery, and onions, saute ’til crisp & tender.
You pour the egg replacer then stir often while cooking ’til mixture sets. Add sugar, soysauce, chicken & rice. Cook ’til well-heated. Serve at once.

Chop Seuy Dinner Recipe
Ingredients:
1 pound of beef (ground)
1 celery stalk; diced
2 onions (large); sliced
A can of mushroom-soup
1 c of rice; uncooked
2 & 1/2 c of water
1 c of bean-sprouts
1 Tbsp of soysauce
Instructions:
Brown beef w/ celery & onions in skillet then add remaining ingredients excluding sprouts. Grease a casserole or bake dish then pour over mixture.
Have dish baked at three hundred twenty-five degrees Fahrenheit for 1 & 1/2 hrs. Sprinkle w/ sprouts prior to serving.

Beef and Vegetable Stir Fry Recipe
Ingredients:
1 cube of bouillon (beef)
3 Tbsps of low-salt soysauce
1/4 c of heated water
2 Tbsps of dry wine (white)
1 Tbsp of cornstarch
1 lb of lean-beef sirloin steaks; sliced into 2″ strips
1/4 tsp of ginger (ground)
1/4 tsp of ground pepper (black)
1/4 Tbsp of oil
2 garlic cloves; chopped finely
2 Tbsps of water
16 ounces of mixed veggies (frozen)
4 c of cooked rice (brown)
1/2 c of sliced onion (green, 1-inch each)
Instructions:
Have bouillon dissolved in one-forth cup of water. Add pepper, ginger, cornstarch, wine & soysauce.
Have veggie oil heated in stick-free skillet placed over mid-heat. Add garlic & beef. Stir while cooking for 3-4 mins ’til beef loses its pink color. Remove meat from the skillet.
Have 2 Tbsps water heated in that skillet. You add the veggies & cook, stir occasionally about 3-5 mins ’til veggies become tender. You return meat then add the bouillon-mix & onions.
Stir while cooking for 2-3 mins or ’til sauce thickens. Serve on top of rice.

Cheesy Ham and Veggie Bake Recipe
Ingredients:
1 pack of cauliflower, carrot & broccoli mixture
1/2 c of sourcream
2 c of rice; cooked
1 Tbsp of melted butter
A can of Cheddar-cheese soup
2 c of ham; chopped
1/2 c of soft breadcrumbs
Instructions:
Have oven preheated into 350 degrees F. Follow package instructions in cooking vegetables, drain well.
You combine the sourcream & soup then add the rice, ham & broccoli. You spoon mixture into 1 & 1/2-qt bake dish.
Separately combine butter & crumbs in bowl then sprinkle all over the casserole. Have dish baked for 30-35 mins ’til heated through.

Hurry Up Pepper Steak Recipe
Ingredients:
1 & 1/2 pounds of flank-steak
2 Tbsps of oil
Tenderizer
A dash of pepper
1/8 teaspoon of garlic seasoning
10 ounces of beef broth
1/8 teaspoon of thyme
1 Tbsp of flour
1 pepper (green); sliced into inch-sized pcs
1/4 c of water
Instructions:
Score the meat. Follow package instructions in preparing tenderizer. Slice the meat across grain into half-inch wide. Cook them in frying pan w/ oil ’til evenly browned.
Add the broth & seasonings then simmer w/ cover for 30 mins ’til meat becomes tender. You add the pepper & cook for 10 additional mins ’til pepper becomes tender & crisp.
Mix water & flour then pour this into meat-mixture. Cook & stir often ’til thick. Best when served w/ rice.

Sweet & Sour Meatballs Recipe
Ingredients:
1 pound of beef (ground)
2 ounces of breadcrumbs (dry)
2 Tablespoons of onion; chopped finely
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/8 teaspoon of pepper
1 Tablespoon of oil (or shortening)
4 Tablespoons of sugar (refined)
2 Tablespoons of cornstarch
2 Tablespoons of soy sauce
2 Tablespoons of vinegar
4 ounces of water
1.5-2 pieces of peppers (green); cut to 1-inch pieces
4 ounces of saved syrup (pineapple)
13-1/4 ounces of canned pineapple (tidbits or chunks); drained, but save the syrup
Instructions:
Combine beef, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, and onion inside a bowl; mix thoroughly. Shape to 1-inch balls then cook with oil on a pan till browned. Drain the drippings and take out the meatballs on a platter.
Combine cornstarch and sugar in the pan; add vinegar, soy, saved syrup, and water. Cook and stir constantly till boiling and mixture becomes thick. Add green peppers, meatballs and pineapples. Let it simmer, covered for 15 to 20 mins.
Serve hot over cooked rice.

Creamy Chicken and Rice Casserole Recipe
Ingredients:
2 c chicken; cooked & cubed
2 c of milk
1 teaspoon of pepper
2 c of easy-cook rice
2 small cans cream-of-chicken soup
1 & 1/2 c of shredded cheese (Cheddar)
1 teaspoon seasoned-salt
Instructions:
Have everything combined in large-sized bowl then pour mixture into buttered 13×9-inch bake pan. Have casserole baked for about 30 mins at three hundred fifty degrees Fahrenheit.

Cranberry Chicken Recipe
Ingredients:
8 fresh skinless & boneless chicken-breasts
1 c of whole cranberry-sauce
1 Tbsp of soysauce
1 tsp of finely-grated ginger root
4 Tbsps of butter
1/2 c of flour
2 Tbsps of red wine
1 garlic cloves; crushed
1 tsp of ground pepper (black)
Instructions:
You lightly dredge the chicken pieces into flour then set them aside.
Combine pepper, ginger, garlic, soysauce, wine & cranberry-sauce in saucepan then cook over low-heat ’til cranberry-sauce will melt & everything is mixed thoroughly, set this mixture aside.
Have butter melted in fry pan over mid-heat ’til hot, you add the chicken then saute them about 5 mins. Turn to other side then cook for additional 5 mins.
You pour the cranberry-sauce over the chicken then simmer for 1-2 mins. Best when served w/ rice.
