Smoked Turkey Club Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
4 pcs of turkey breast sliced (smoked); cut to strips
1/4 c of bacon bits (real)
1 pc of tomato (small); chopped
4 c of salad greens (mixed)
1/2 c of cheese (Cheddar); shredded finely
Instructions:

Ingredients:
1 c of uncooked pasta (Rotini)
16 oz of frozen mixed vegetables (cauliflower, carrots, and sugar snap peas); cooked then drained
9 oz of cooked shrimp (frozen); thawed
1 c of tomatoes (cherry); halved
1/2 c of vinaigrette (tarragon)
Instructions:
Cook the pasta according to its package instructions; drain. Combine cooked vegetables, shrimp, tomatoes, and vinaigrette; toss with cooked pasta. Place inside the refrigerator for an hour. Serve chilled.

Spring Fling Shrimp Stir Fry Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 lb of snow peas; rinsed and trimmed
2 Tbsps of oil (vegetable oil)
1 lb of shrimp (medium); shelled then deveined
1 pc of garlic clove (large); peeled then sliced thinly
Juice from 1 pc of tangerine
Juice from 1 pc of lemon
1 Tbsp of soy sauce
1/4 tsp of ground pepper (white)
1/2 tsp of salt
2 Tbsps of cilantro (fresh); chopped
3 c of cooked rice (short-grain)
Instructions:
Heat a wok above moderately high heat then add the oil; swirl, letting it coat evenly. Add the shrimp then stir-fry them for one min then add garlic along with peas; stir-fry them for another two mins.
Add the salt, pepper, juices, and soy; continue to cook for one min or till shrimp together with vegetables are coated well. Add cilantro and mix thoroughly.
Transfer onto a heated platter then serve over cooked rice.

Speedy Chili Recipe
Ingredients:
1 pound of beef (ground)
4 ounces of chopped onion
4 ounces of celery
10.75 ounces of canned soup (tomato)
15 ounces of canned beans (kidney)
2 teaspoons of chili powder
1 teaspoon of salt
1/16 teaspoon of pepper
Instructions:
Cook the beef, celery, and onion inside a pan till meat becomes browned. Drain off the fat then add soup, beans, chili powder, salt, and pepper; mix thoroughly. Let it simmer, covered, for 15-20 mins till heated thoroughly.

Quick and Easy Cookies Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 c of peanut-butter
1/4 c of cocoa
2 c of sugar
3 c of Rice-Krispies
1/2 c of sweetened milk
1/4 c of margarine
1 teaspoon of vanilla
Instructions:
Heat together vanilla, butter & milk then add the sugar & cocoa. Stir ’til dissolved then boil for 2 mins. You remove mixture from the heat then add the peanut-butter, stirring to blend.
Add krispies then stir to evenly coat. You drop spoonfuls of mixture into waxpaper then cool completely.

Ingredients:
1-1/4 c of shrimp (or lobster, or crab); cooked
2/3 c of peas (cooked)
10.75 oz of condensed soup (cream of shrimp, frozen)
Instructions:
Warm the soup and add cooked shrimp and cooked peas; stir gently. Add little sherry on the soup. Serve hot above rice or on toasted bread.
