Chicken Melon Salad Recipe

Ingredients:

1 c of low-fat mayonnaise
4 skinless & boneless chicken-breasts
1 cantaloupe (ripe); sliced into 1-inch pcs
1/3 c of orange-flavored juice
2 c of pasta (Gemelli)

Instructions:

Combine juice & mayonnaise then mix well. Have it refrigerated while you prepare the salad.

Have meat baked at three hundred seventy-five degrees Fahrenheit for 20 to 30 mins ’til cooked thoroughly. Cool then slice chicken onto 1-inch pcs then add into dressing.

Follow package instructions in cooking pasta then drain & briefly rinse w/ warmed water, drain well. Add pasta into juice-mayonnaise mixture.

Stir the cantaloupe gently into salad then chill for 1 to 3 hrs ’til cold.

Mexican Chicken Pizza Recipe


Mexican Chicken Pizza Recipe

Ingredients:

2 chicken-breast cuts; chopped
1 pack of taco-seasoning
1 & 1/2 c of thick-n-chunky salsa
A can of pizza pastry (refrigerated)
A cup of grated cheese (Monterey-Jack)
A cup of grated cheese (Velveeta)

Instructions:

Have oven preheated to four hundred twenty-five degrees Fahrenheit. You unroll the dough then fit on the pizza pan. You press the dough ’til crust becomes evenly thinned. Have it baked for about 8 mins ’til it starts to brown.

Cook the chicken ’til browned then add the seasoning. You spread the salsa evenly on prepared crust. Top w/ meat & cheeses.

Bake again for 7-12 mins more ’til edges starts to brown & cheese melts.

Honey Glazed Chicken Recipe


Honey Glazed Chicken Recipe

Ingredients:

1 unpeeled orange; quartered
1/2 c orange-flavored juice
1/4 tsp of ground pepper (black)
1/2 c of honey
1 Tbsp of grated peel of an orange
4 skinless & boneless chicken-breasts
1 tsp of salt
1/4 tsp grated ginger root
1/2 c of wine (red)

Instructions:

Have oven preheated to three hundred fifty degrees Fahrenheit.

Put orange pcs into 13×9x2″ bake dish then top w/ chicken over every quarter. Mix the ginger, pepper, salt & juice in bowl then pour this mixture over the chicken.

Have it baked w/o cover for about 20 mins. You remove the cover then brush w/ honey & continue baking for extra 10 mins ’til meat is tender.

Baste w/ grated peel & wine often. You remove the meat from the oven then serve them warm.

Chicken Burritos Recipe


Chicken Burritos Recipe

Ingredients:

1 Tbsp of veggie oil
1 & 1/4 c water
8 pcs burrito size warmed tortillas
1 lb of skinless & boneless halved chicken-breast; sliced into 2″ strips

Instructions:

Have oil heated in skillet placed over mid-heat. You add the chicken and cook it for 3-4 mins ’til it loses it pink color. Add the seasoning-mix & water then boil.

Adjust the heat into low then cook about 3-4 mins more ’til mixture is thick. Spoon this mixture into tortillas then top w/ chesse, lettuce, olives, onions & salsa. Fold this into your burritos.

Sausage Brunch Casserole Recipe


Sausage Brunch Casserole Recipe

Ingredients:

1-1/2 lbs of ground sausage (pork)
8 oz of refrigerated dough (crescent roll)
2 c of cheese (Mozzarella)
4 pcs of eggs (large); beaten
3/4 c of milk (whole)
Salt & Pepper (to taste)

Instructions:

Cook the sausage inside a skillet above medium-high heat till browned evenly. Drain then crumble; set on the side. Preheat the oven (425 degrees F).

Slightly grease 9×13-inch pan then lay the crescent roll dough flat inside. Combine cheese, milk, eggs, salt, pepper, and crumbled sausage; mix thoroughly.

Pour mixture above the rolls. Place inside (preheated) oven and bake for fifteen mins.

Glazed Carrots Recipe


Glazed Carrots Recipe

Ingredients:

10-12 carrots (small); washed and trimmed
1 teaspoon of sugar (brown)
A dash parsley
2 Tbsps of margarine
2 Tbsps of honey

Instructions:

You cook the carrots w/ salted boiling water for 10 mins. Once tender, remove form heat, drain then set it aside.

Have the margarine melted in medium-sized skillet. You add the honey & sugar, blend then add the carrots. Heat & cook over low-heat for 3-4 mins, stir to evenly glaze carrots. Sprinkle w/ parsley.

Easy Chicken Pie Recipe


Easy Chicken Pie Recipe

Ingredients:

3 c of diced chicken; cooked
1 c of carrots; sliced
2 c of celery; diced
1/2 c of silvered almonds; toasted
A can of cream-of-chicken soup
1/4 c of onions; diced
1/2 c of mayonnaise
1/2 c of sourcream
2 Tbsps juice of lemon
1 tsp of celery-salt
2 pie pastry (9-inhc); unbaked
1 & 1/2 c of shredded cheese (Cheddar); divided

Instructions:

Have everything combined except the pie pastry & 1 c cheese. You spoon mixture into crusts then bake them at three hundred fifty degrees Fahrenheit for half an hour ’til crusts brown.

You sprinkle reserved cheese all over then continue baking for 10 more mins. Allow to cool for 10-15 mins prior to slicing into serving-size wedges.

Green Bean Casserole Recipe


Green Bean Casserole Recipe

Ingredients:

1-2 cans of French beans (green)
3 Tbsps of milk
A can of French fried onions
A can of cream-of-mushrooms soup
Pepper (red)
Cheese (Parmesan)

Instructions:

Place beans in greased dish. Combine the milk & soup then pour mixture over the beans. You sprinkle w/ pepper & cheese.

Bake it at three hundred fifty degrees Fahrenheit for about 20 mins. Five mins before cooking gets done, you sprinkle the onions all over then cook ’til heated through.
