Vegetable Casserole Recipe
Ingredients:
10 ozs of broccoli (frozen)
10 ozs of cauliflower (frozen)
10 ozs of cut into (mention size here) pcs carrots (frozen)
10.75 ozs of canned soup (cream of mushroom)
1/2 lb of cubed cheese (Velveeta)
1/2 pkg of sage stuffing mix (Pepperidge Farm)
1/2 c of margarine; softened
Instructions:
Cook the vegetables as stated to its package instructions. Drain well then place on a 2-qt baking glass dish then add the soup and cheese. Stir gently till mixed well.
Pour the margarine onto the stuffing then cover the mixture of vegetables. Bake at 350 degrees F for half an hour.

Quesadillas Recipe
Ingredients:
3 c of diced browned chicken-breasts
1 & 1/2 teaspoons of chili seasoning
1 teaspoon of cumin seeds
1 teaspoon of chopped flaked onions
A jar of nacho-cheese dip
1/2 teaspoon of garlic seasoning
1 pack of flour-tortillas
2 c of grated cheese (Cheddar)
Instructions:
Cook the chicken w/ garlic seasoning, flaked onions, chili seasoning & cumin seeds ’til browned. Combine nacho-cheese dip w/ soup.
You place a tortilla into flat bake sheet then spread thinly w/ chicken-cheese mixture over. You top w/ tortilla then sprinkle w/ Cheddar. Transfer into broiler then cook for about 30 to 40 secs ’til cheese melts.
You slice the tortillas carefully into serving-size slices then serve w/ Mexican side-dishes.

Zippy Baked Bean Chili Recipe
Ingredients:
1 Tbsps of oil (vegetable oil)
1/2 c of onion; chopped
3 pcs of garlic cloves; chopped finely
8 oz of sausage (cooked); crumbled then drained
8 oz of beef (ground); cooked then drained
16 oz of pork & beans (canned)
10.75 oz of condensed soup (tomato)
1 c of broth (beef)
4 oz of diced chiles (green)
1 Tbsp of chili powder
2 tsps of cumin (ground)
1 Tbsp of cilantro (fresh); chopped
Instructions:
Heat the oil inside a saucepan then add garlic and onion; cook them for five mins. Add beef, sausage, beans, green chiles, powdered chili, cumin, and broth; let it boil.
Once boiling, lower down the heat into low; continue cooking for fifteen mins. Season salt & pepper; serve hot and garnish cilantro.

Quick Chicken Divan Recipe
Ingredients:
20 oz of chopped broccoli
2 c of cooked & chopped chicken
1 c of mayonnaise
2 cream-of-chicken soup can
1 tsp juice of lemon
1 c of grated cheese (Cheddar); divided
2 Tbsps of butter
1 c of softened breadcrumbs
Instructions:
Combine juice, mayonnaise & soup in saucepan. You pour the mixture into chicken then sprinkle w/ 1/2 c grated Cheddar cheese.
You toss the crumbs into softened butter then sprinkle all over cheese. Have it baked at three hundred fifty degrees Fahrenheit for about 30 mins ’til browned.

Chicken Noodle Bake Recipe
Ingredients:
1 Tbsp of onion (chopped)
A can of cream-of-celery soup
3 chicken-breasts
1/2 c of milk
3/4 c of grated cheese (Cheddar)
1/2 c of sourcream
2 toast pcs
Pepper
Salt
1 pack of egg-based noodles (12 oz)
Instructions:
Have oven preheated to 350 degrees F. Cook the noodles following package directions. Cook the onions & chicken ’til browned.
You add the pepper, salt, cheese, sourcream, milk & soup, heating ’til bubbly. add the prepared noodles. You pour the noodle & chicken mixture in 13×9-inch bake dish.
Spread crumbled toast over then have dish baked for about 20-25 mins ’til heated through.

Speedy Chili Recipe
Ingredients:
1 pound of beef (ground)
4 ounces of chopped onion
4 ounces of celery
10.75 ounces of canned soup (tomato)
15 ounces of canned beans (kidney)
2 teaspoons of chili powder
1 teaspoon of salt
1/16 teaspoon of pepper
Instructions:
Cook the beef, celery, and onion inside a pan till meat becomes browned. Drain off the fat then add soup, beans, chili powder, salt, and pepper; mix thoroughly. Let it simmer, covered, for 15-20 mins till heated thoroughly.

Ingredients:
1 pound of lean beef (ground)
A can of mushroom-flavored soup
A cup of grated Cheddar or Parmesan cheese
1/2 pack of onion soup-mix (Lipton)
1 pack of tater-tots
Instructions:
You press raw meat into bottom part of square bake dish then sprinkle w/ onion soup-mix. Pour over mushroom-flavored soup.
Arrange tater-tots layer atop soup then bake it for 50 mins then sprinkle w/ cheese. Continue baking for 10 additional mins.

Creamy Swiss Chicken Recipe
Ingredients:
4 skinless & boneless chicken-breasts
1/4 c of half-and-half
2 Tbsps of butter; melted
A can of condensed cream-of-chicken soup
1/2 c of packed dried breadcrumbs
1/2 c of shredded cheese (Swiss)
Instructions:
Have oven preheated to three hundred seventy-five degrees Fahrenheit. Put the chicken into greased 8×12″ bake dish.
Separately combine half-and-half & soup then whisk together then pour this mixture into chicken. Have it baked for half an hour.
Combine the butter & crumbs. Have the chicken removed from the oven then sprinkle w/ cheese & crumb-mixture. Bake again for 10 mins ’til chicken cooks thoroughly.

Quick Pasta Faglio Recipe
Ingredients:
2 pcs of garlic cloves
2 Tbsps of oil (olive oil)
1 pc of carrot (large); peeled and chopped coarsely
1 pc of onion (large); chopped coarsely
1 tsp of rosemary (leaf); crumbled
4 Tbsps of tomato paste
60 oz of canned white beans (kidney, undrained)
6 c of broth (chicken)
6 oz of small pasta (elbows or shells)
2 Tbsps of vinegar (red wine)
1/2 c of grated cheese (Parmesan)
1/4 c of parsley (fresh); chopped finely
Instructions:
Saute garlic, onion, and carrots with oil inside a skillet for 3-5 mins. Add paste and rosemary; stir them well. Add broth and beans w/ its liquid; simmer for 2 mins, uncovered.
Add the pasta and stir; let it simmer, covered, for eight mins till pasta becomes ‘al dente’, while occasionally stirring.
Take out from the heat and let it stand for 10 mins, covered. Season salt, when needed then add vinegar onto the soup; stir thoroughly. Combine parsley and grated cheese; sprinkle them over the soup.

Green Bean Casserole Recipe
Ingredients:
1-2 cans of French beans (green)
3 Tbsps of milk
A can of French fried onions
A can of cream-of-mushrooms soup
Pepper (red)
Cheese (Parmesan)
Instructions:
Place beans in greased dish. Combine the milk & soup then pour mixture over the beans. You sprinkle w/ pepper & cheese.
Bake it at three hundred fifty degrees Fahrenheit for about 20 mins. Five mins before cooking gets done, you sprinkle the onions all over then cook ’til heated through.
