Chicken Burritos Recipe

Ingredients:

1 Tbsp of veggie oil
1 & 1/4 c water
8 pcs burrito size warmed tortillas
1 lb of skinless & boneless halved chicken-breast; sliced into 2″ strips

Instructions:

Have oil heated in skillet placed over mid-heat. You add the chicken and cook it for 3-4 mins ’til it loses it pink color. Add the seasoning-mix & water then boil.

Adjust the heat into low then cook about 3-4 mins more ’til mixture is thick. Spoon this mixture into tortillas then top w/ chesse, lettuce, olives, onions & salsa. Fold this into your burritos.
