Chicken Fried Rice Recipe
Ingredients:
2 tsps of oil (peanut)
1/4 c of celery; sliced
1/2 c of chopped onions (green)
1/4 c of chopped red bellpepper; seeded
1/2 tsp of grated ginger root
1 garlic clove; crushed
1/4 tsp of crushed flaked pepper (red)
3 c of cooked rice (long-grain)
6 Tbsps of egg substitute
2 c of diced chicken; cooked
1 tsp of sugar
2 Tbsps of lite soysauce
Instructions:
Have oil heated over mid-heat in large, stick-free skillet. Add the flaked peppers, ginger, garlic, bellpepper, celery, and onions, saute ’til crisp & tender.
You pour the egg replacer then stir often while cooking ’til mixture sets. Add sugar, soysauce, chicken & rice. Cook ’til well-heated. Serve at once.
