Coconut Shrimp Recipe
Ingredients:
40 medium-sized shrimps
1 teaspoon of pepper (black)
4 well-beaten eggs (medium)
2 teaspoons of herb & garlic seasoning
2 c of coconut; shredded
1 & 1/2 c of flour
Instructions:
Have oven preheated into 400 degrees F. Grease one large bake sheet. You sprinkle the pepper & seasoning over shrimps evenly. Put egg, coconut & flour in 3 separate containers.
You dip each shrimp onto egg, onto flour & then into egg & finally to coconut. Arrange coated shrimps in bake sheet an inch away from each other.
Bake the shrimps for 12 to 15 mins ’til golden-browned & crisp.
