Cranberry Chicken Recipe
Ingredients:
8 fresh skinless & boneless chicken-breasts
1 c of whole cranberry-sauce
1 Tbsp of soysauce
1 tsp of finely-grated ginger root
4 Tbsps of butter
1/2 c of flour
2 Tbsps of red wine
1 garlic cloves; crushed
1 tsp of ground pepper (black)
Instructions:
You lightly dredge the chicken pieces into flour then set them aside.
Combine pepper, ginger, garlic, soysauce, wine & cranberry-sauce in saucepan then cook over low-heat ’til cranberry-sauce will melt & everything is mixed thoroughly, set this mixture aside.
Have butter melted in fry pan over mid-heat ’til hot, you add the chicken then saute them about 5 mins. Turn to other side then cook for additional 5 mins.
You pour the cranberry-sauce over the chicken then simmer for 1-2 mins. Best when served w/ rice.
