Creamy Chicken Au Gratin A Pot Pie Recipe
Ingredients:
2 cream-of-mushroom soup can
Pepper
salt
1 c of milk1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
6 c of frozen veggies; thawed
A can of slayer-style biscuits (refrigerated)
3 & 1/2 c of chicken-breast; cubed
2 c of shredded cheese (Cheddar)
Instructions:
Have oven preheated into 375 degrees F. Grease one glass dish (13×9-inch).
Combine onion, pepper, salt, milk & soup in skillet then heat ’til blended well. You add the cheese, veggies & chicken, blend well. Stir often while cooking ’til bubbly.
You pour this mixture carefully into bake dish then top w/ biscuits. Have dish baked for 20 to 28 additional mins ’til biscuits turn golden-brown.
