Creamy Swiss Chicken Recipe
Ingredients:
4 skinless & boneless chicken-breasts
1/4 c of half-and-half
2 Tbsps of butter; melted
A can of condensed cream-of-chicken soup
1/2 c of packed dried breadcrumbs
1/2 c of shredded cheese (Swiss)
Instructions:
Have oven preheated to three hundred seventy-five degrees Fahrenheit. Put the chicken into greased 8×12″ bake dish.
Separately combine half-and-half & soup then whisk together then pour this mixture into chicken. Have it baked for half an hour.
Combine the butter & crumbs. Have the chicken removed from the oven then sprinkle w/ cheese & crumb-mixture. Bake again for 10 mins ’til chicken cooks thoroughly.
