Easy Enchiladas Recipe
Ingredients:
12 tortillas (corn)
1 pound of beef (ground)
1 pack of enchilada-sauce mix
1/2 c of chopped onions (fresh)
1/4 c of chopped olives
2 c of shredded cheese (Cheddar)
Instructions:
Have oven preheated to three hundred fifty degrees Fahrenheit. Follow package directions in preparing enchilada mix then cook accordingly in saucepan.
Cook the onions & beef in large frying pan ’til browned then drain of excess oil. Add 1/2 of prepared enchilada into meat-mixture.
Have every tortilla dipped into enchilada-sauce then spoon 2 Tbsps of meat-mixture & 1 Tbsp of cheese into tortillas. You roll them onto thirds then arrange w/ seam-side-down in 9×13″ bake dish.
Pour reserved sauce all over your tortillas then sprinkle w/ cheese & olives. Have dish covered w/ foil then bake about 20 mins ’til thoroughly heated & cheese melts.
