Easy Lasagna Recipe
Ingredients:
9 sheets of lasagna
28 ounces of spaghetti-sauce
1 pound of beef (ground)
16 ounces of crud cottage-cheese
1 c of grated cheese (Parmesan)
8 ounces of shredded cheese (Mozzarella)
1 medium onion
Instructions:
Cook the onions & meat in skillet ’til browned. Drain off excess fat. You add the spaghetti-sauce then simmer for 2 to 3 mins.
Cook the lasagna sheets for 10 mins then drain thoroughly. Place three sheets horizontally in 9×12″ bake pan.
Pour over some sauce then top w/ 1/3 cottage-cheese, then Mozzarella & Parmesan. Repeat layering twice.
Have lasagna baked for about 35 mins at three hundred fifty degrees Fahrenheit. Best when served w/ toasted bread.
