Ginger Peachy Chicken Recipe
Ingredients:
8 boneless & skinless halved chicken-breasts
4 peeled peaches (fresh); pitted & sliced
2 Tbsps fresh juice from lemon
3/4 c of sugar (brown)
1/8 tsp of ginger (ground)
1/8 tsp of cloves (ground)
Instructions:
You preheat the oven into three hundred fifty degrees Fahrenheit. Place the chicken-breasts in greased 13×9″ bake dish then you sprinkle w/ 1/2 c sugar.
Arrange the slices of peaches over the chicken & sprinkle w/ rest of sugar, juice, cloves & ginger. Have dish baked at three hundred fifty degrees Fahrenheit for half an hour. Baste w/ juice ’til chicken is done.
