Glazed Carrots Recipe
Ingredients:
10-12 carrots (small); washed and trimmed
1 teaspoon of sugar (brown)
A dash parsley
2 Tbsps of margarine
2 Tbsps of honey
Instructions:
You cook the carrots w/ salted boiling water for 10 mins. Once tender, remove form heat, drain then set it aside.
Have the margarine melted in medium-sized skillet. You add the honey & sugar, blend then add the carrots. Heat & cook over low-heat for 3-4 mins, stir to evenly glaze carrots. Sprinkle w/ parsley.
