Golden Stew Recipe
Ingredients:
4 large carrots; sliced into inch-sized pcs
2 onions (medium); cut-up
2 c of ham; cubed
8 ounces of processed cheese-spread
1 & 1/2 c of peeled potatoes; diced
Water
1 pack of peas
A can of undiluted cream-of-mushroom soup
Instructions:
Put water in saucepan enough to cover onions, potatoes & carrots. Cook w/ cover for 10 mins ’til veggies become tender. Add the ham & peas then continue cooking for 5 additional mins.
You drain the liquid then add cheese & soup. Cook ’til thoroughly heated.
