Jamaican Jerked Chicken Recipe
Ingredients:
3 & 1/2 lbs of fresh chicken leg
2 Tbsps of jerk-seasoning
2 Tbsps of oil (olive)
Juice from 2 small limes
Instructions:
Have oven preheated to four hundred degrees Fahrenheit. You brush the meat w/ oil then sprinkle w/ seasoning.
Arrange them on shallow roast pan then bake for 30 mins ’til cooked well. Sprinkle w/ juice from lime then serve immediately.
