Luscious Lemon Bars Recipe

Ingredients:

A box of yellow cake-mix
1/3 c of veggie oil
1/3 c of sugar (granulated)
2 large eggs
8 oz of softened creamcheese
1 tsp juice of lemon

Instructions:

Combine cake-mix w/ oil & egg mixing well ’til crumbly then set aside 1 c of this mixture. You press the rest of the mixture into 13×9″ bake pan.

Have it baked at three hundred fifty degrees Fahrenheit for 15 mins. You beat the egg, juice, sugar & cheese together then spread this over the baked area.

Sprinkle w/ reserved crumb-mixture then bake for 15 more mins. Cool then slice into squares.
