Mexican Beef Tortilla Bake Recipe
Ingredients:
Flaked onion
1 cream-of-mushroom soup can
2 lbs of beef (ground)
A can of mild tomatoes (Rotel)
1 teaspoon of cumin seeds
A dash of garlic seasoning
1 teaspoon of chili seasoning
4 ounces of melted cheese (processed)
4 flour-tortillas
1/4 c of sourcream
Tortilla-chips
2 c o grated cheese (Cheddar)
Instructions:
Have oven preheated to three hundred fifty degrees Fahrenheit. You cook the onions & beef together ’til meat is browned.
Combine rest of the ingredients excluding cheese, tortillas & chips. Grease one 13×9″ bake dish. You slice the tortillas onto 2″ strips then arrange in single layer at dish’s bottom.
Have the chips layered in bake dish w/ chicken-mixture, arrange another layer of tortilla-strips above. Cover w/ grated cheese then bake for 20 mins ’til cheese melts.
