Mexican Lasagna Recipe
Ingredients:
2 pounds of beef (ground)
16 oz of nacho-cheese sauce
16 oz of salsa
6 pcs 10-inch tortillas
2 c of Mexican-blend cheese
A can of refried beans
Instructions:
Have oven preheated to four hundred degrees Fahrenheit. You cook the beef ’til browned in 12-inch skillet. You drain excess fat off.
Combine meat, cheese-sauce & salsa in bowl. You spread about 1/4 meat-mixture onto bottom-part of 9×13″ glass heat-resistant dish then cover w/ 2 tortillas, w/ edges overlapping.
You spread about 1/3 beans atop tortillas then top w/ 1/4 meat-mixture, cover w/ 2 tortillas. Repeat the layering once then end w/ 1/4 beans & 1/4 meat-mixture.
Sprinkle w/ cheese then tightly cover w/ foil. Bake at four hundred degrees Fahrenheit about 20 mins. Cool about 5 mins then serve.
