Mexican Supper Recipe
Ingredients:
A can of refried beans
1 pound of beef (ground)
A pack of taco-seasoning
A can of tomatoes; diced
8 oz of shredded 4-cheese Mexican style cheese
3 tsps of garlic; crushed
A bag of Nacho chips
1 onion (medium); chopped
Instructions:
Cook the beef ’til browned then drain off excess fat. Prepare seasoning according to package directions. Combine seasoning & tomatoes then add onto meat.
Simmer mixture for 2-3 mins. Add onion & garlic. You cover bottom-part of 12×9″ greased casserole w/ beans. Arrange a layer of meat mixture on top of beans.
You sprinkle w/ cheese on top then bake at 350 degrees F ’til cheese is melted. Best when served hot w/ nacho-chips or tortillas.
