Moroccan Chicken Recipe
Ingredients:
2 skinless & boneless chicken-breasts
1/2 c of sliced olives (black)
2/3 c of jam (apricot)
1 Tbsp juice of lemon
2 tsps of grated ginger root
1 tsp of cinnamon (ground)
Instructions:
Place meat on metal racks placed over an inch water. Have it covered then bring the water into boil. You reduce the heat then steam the chicken about 15-20 mins ’til done.
You combine the cinnamon, ginger root, juice, olives & jam in bowl, heat ’til bubbly. Have the chicken transferred into serving platters then dress w/ sauce. Best when served warm w/ rice & salad.
