Orange Burgundy Chicken Recipe
Ingredients:
3 pounds of cut-cup chicken
1/2 teaspoon of seasoned-salt
2 Tbsps of melted butter
1/8 teaspoon of pepper
1 Tbsp of cornstarch
3 Tbsps of sugar (brown)
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/3 c of orange-flavored juice
1/8 teaspoon of ginger (ground)
1 teaspoon juice of lemon
1/3 c of marmalade (orange)
1 thinly-sliced orange
1/3 c of Burgundy
Instructions:
You cook chicken w/ butter ’til browned. Season w/ pepper & salt. You add rest of the ingredients excluding sliced of orange & Burgundy.
You reduce the heat then simmer w/ cover. Stir often for 25-35 mins ’til tender. You add the
