Porcupine Meatballs Recipe
Ingredients:
1 large egg
1 pound of lean-hamburger
2 & 1/2 c of heated water
A box of Rice-A-Roni (flavored)
Instructions:
Combine rice mixture w/ egg & hamburger. Have it shaped into walnut sized meatballs then cook in large skillet ’til browned evenly. Drain well.
You mix Rice-A-Roni packet contents w/ 2 & 1/2 c of water. You pour this mixture into meatballs that are heated in large skillet. Boil & then you reduce the heat into mid-low then cover.
Allow to simmer for 25 to 30 mins then serve w/ rice or noodles.
