Quick and Easy Pasta Recipe

Ingredients:

1 onion (red); sliced
2 teaspoons of flaked redpepper
20 ounces of Italian tomatoes (plum); drained
1/4 c of minced parsley
3 garlic cloves; sliced
2 Tbsps of oil (olive)
10 ounces of noodles
Pepper
Salt

Instructions:

Saute the garlic & onions in heated oil in skillet placed over low-heat ’til onion wilts. Combine tomatoes & flaked pepper. Let mixture simmer for about 10 mins, stir frequently ’til thickened.

Cook the noodles in 3-qt boiling salted water. Then drain & transfer into large-sized bowl. You top noodles w/ parsley & sauce, toss well to evenly coat. Serve at once.
