Quick Beef and Vegetable Stew Recipe
Ingredients:
3/4 pounds of sirloin
18 ounces of canned potatoes; drained & sliced
1 & 1/2 pounds of onion (white); minced
17 ounces of niblet-corn; drained
4 & 1/2 ounces of canned beans (green); drained
18 ounces of tomatoes (whole)
4 & 1/2 ounces of beans (lima); drained
Pepper
4 & 1/2 ounces of canned peas (green); drained
!/4 teaspoon of thyme
A dash of cumin
1/2 teaspoon of garlic seasoning
1 c of macaroni; cooked
2 teaspoons of bouillon (chicken)
28 ounces of tomato-sauce
Instructions:
Cook onions & beef in your microwave ’til meat is browned. Transfer into 5-qt Dutch-oven placed over midheat then cook. Pour over tomato-sauce & tomatoes & veggies.
Season according to taste. You add the macaroni & bouillon & macaroni then simmer for half an hour.
