Quick Cheese Dip Recipe
Ingredients:
2 packs of creamcheese (8 ounces)
1 c of grated cheese (Monterey-Jack)
1 c of grated cheese (Cheddar)
1/2 c of grated cheese (Parmesan)
1/8 tsp of hot-pepper sauce
1/2 tsp of onion
1/4 c of milk (2%PRCTG%)
Instructions:
Mash creamcheese w/ other cheeses, onion-salt , pepper & hot-pepper sauce in microwaveable serving bowl. Cook on mid-temp about 2 mins, stir every thirty seconds then rotated dish into quarter-turn.
Mix the milk onto cheese-mixture then microwave for additional 2 mins. Stir and rotate as indicated. Cook ’til cheese melt & dish becomes but bubbly. Best when served warm.
