Quick Cherry Dessert Recipe
Ingredients:
1 & 1/2 c of sugar
1 tsp of extract (vanilla)
4 large eggs
2 c of flour
21 oz of cherry-pie filling
2 tsps of baking-powder
1 c of whipped cream
1/4 c of sugar powder plus 1/3 c
Instructions:
Have oven preheated to three hundred degrees. Cream sugar & butter in bowl. Add the eggs & beat ’til fluffy & light. Add the extract. You sift baking-powder & flour, mixing ’til smoothened.
Grease one 13×9″ bake dish. You pour mixture onto prepared pan & then you spoon filling onto cake. Situate them in different spots, 4 spoonfuls in even direction.
Have cake baked for 45-50 mins ’til center sets. Turn cake upside-down on serving platter then sprinkle w/ icing sugar. Top w/ whipped cream w/ sugar powder.
