Quick Pecan Fudge Recipe
Ingredients:
1-1/2 c of sugar (refined)
2/3 c of evaporated milk
2 Tbsps of butter (unsalted)
1/4 tsp of salt
1-1/2 c of chocolate chips (semisweet)
4 oz of marshmallows (miniature)
1 tsp of vanilla extract
3/4 c of pecans; chopped
Instructions:
Combine milk, sugar, salt, and butter inside a saucepan above moderate heat. Let it boil and stir constantly. Continue to boil for 4-5 mins.
Take out from the heat and add the chips, vanilla, and marshmallows; stir thoroughly for a minute or till marshmallows melt.
Pour onto a foil-lined 8 inch baking pan then sprinkle over pecans; press them gently. Place inside the refrigerator till set. Cut to sixteen pieces.
