Quick Salmon Carbonara Recipe
Ingredients:
12 oz of pasta (spaghetti)
1/4 c of butter (or margarine)
1/2 c of half-and-half
2 pcs of beaten eggs
1/4 c of parsley (fresh); chopped
1/4 tsp of ground pepper (black)
1/2 c of grated cheese (Parmesan)
14.75 oz of salmon (canned); drained then flaked
Instructions:
Cook the pasta as stated in its package instructions. Drain well.
Heat the butter inside a saucepan above moderate heat. Add half-and-half then whisk thoroughly till heated through, don’t boil.
Add small amount of hot mixture onto egg; stir thoroughly and add onto the saucepan. Let it heat for a while then stir gently.
Add pepper and parsley; mix them well. Take out from the heat then add grated cheese; stir thoroughly. Toss gently the cooked pasta, salmon, and sauce till coated evenly. Serve at once.
