Ranch Ham Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
3 c of pasta (small shell)
2 c of frozen peas (baby)
2 c of ham (cooked); diced
2 c of diced cheese (Cojack)
1-1/4 c of salad dressing (creamy ranch)
Instructions:
Cook the pasta as stated in its package instructions. Place the frozen peas on the colander then drain the pasta above the frozen peas, letting them thaw there. Drain thoroughly.
Combine ham, cheese, and dressing; blend thoroughly. Toss with pasta along with peas till coated well. Place inside the refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours till chilled. Serve.
