Reuben Casserole Recipe
Ingredients:
1 pc of apple (Granny Smith); peeled then chopped
6 oz of corned beef; cubed to 1/2 inch
14 oz of sauerkraut (canned); rinsed then drained
1 pkg of refrigerated potatoes (mashed)
2 c of shredded cheese (Havarti with caraway)
Instructions:
Preheat the oven (350 degrees F). Cook the apples inside the microwave at high setting for 1 to 3 mins till tender; drain. Combine it with sauerkraut and cubed beef inside a bowl; mix thoroughly.
Spread one-half of potatoes on greased 8-inch baking glass dish then sprinkle over half cup of shredded cheese.
Spread the mixture of beef above and spread the rest of potatoes above. Sprinkle over the rest of cheese.
Place inside preheated oven for 20 to 25 mins or till casserole has heated through and the cheese melts.
